Mr. Ellison furrowed his brows tightly, his fingers tapping lightly on the table and making a ticking sound.

An opened letter lay before him.

Shortly after receiving a phone call from his wife Mrs. Ellison earlier, he had made a special trip to Mr. Granger's clinic to understand the ins and outs of the matter, yet he remained somewhat skeptical.

It was magic after all, something existing only in stories; without witnessing it with one's own eyes, how could a normal person overthrow and rebuild the worldview they had spent decades constructing?

"Su Er, is the person you mentioned coming tonight?" he asked.

"I don't know." Holding Angel obediently in his arms, Su Er sat opposite Mr. Ellison, shook his head, and thought that this was the first time meeting such a thing in both lives combined.

Mr. Ellison furrowed his brows even tighter.

By his own original intentions, he would never believe such a bizarre thing. He had long since made plans for Su Er's future: graduate from Eton College, go abroad for advanced studies, return to inherit his own business, and take good care of Angel after he himself reached a hundred years of age.

Yet a baffling magic school acceptance letter disrupted all his plans and thoughts.

However, Mr. Granger's experience was concrete and real.

Tap, tap. A knock sounded.

As if a switch had been flipped, Angel suddenly jumped down from Su Er's arms.

Were the people from Hogwarts here?

Both Mr. Ellison and Su Er cast their gazes toward the doorway.

"Sister Granger." Angel's cheerful voice rang out.

It was Hermione; why was she here?

When Hermione Granger took Angel's small hand and entered, she was startled by the solemn atmosphere in the living room.

"Why are you here?" Su Er raised an eyebrow.

"Good evening, Mr. Ellison." Hermione first greeted Mr. Ellison obediently before answering Su Er's question, "I wanted to understand more about Hogwarts, so I came, hee-hee."

"Little Hermione, last night..." Before Mr. Ellison could finish the rest of his sentence, another knock came from the doorway.

It was still Angel, who was enthusiastic about opening doors, making her appearance.

"Old grandpa, who are you looking for?" Angel's cute voice came from the doorway.

Su Er's heart tightened-they had come!

The guest did not seem to plan on entering immediately; he chatted cheerfully with Angel at the door, leaving Su Er sitting in the living room with a heart beating wildly in suspense.

"Professor Dumbledore!" A slightly stern female voice reminded softly.

"Two people came? Dumbledore, and who is the other one?" Su Er sat quietly in his seat, his mind beginning to wander.

Hermione answered his doubt as she stood up straight and properly.

"Hello, Professor McGonagall."

An energetic elderly man with a white beard smiled as he took Angel's hand and walked in, followed closely by a witch wearing dark green wizard robes and a pointed hat.

Seeming somewhat surprised that Hermione was also present, she responded with a smile:

"Good evening, Miss Granger."

"Daddy, Gege, the old grandpa is here to look for you." Angel let go of his hand and skipped into Su Er's arms.

Dumbledore cast a gentle glance at Su Er before turning to Mr. Ellison.

"Good evening, Mr. Ellison," he said softly.

"Hello." Mr. Ellison stood up to respond.

Dumbledore's conversational skills were clearly exceptional, and Mr. Ellison was soon laughing and chatting away with him.

"Gege, have a candy." Out of the blue, Angel stuffed a white, lump-like object into Su Er's mouth.

Mph... lemon-flavored.

"Delicious, right? The old grandpa gave it to me." Angel said with a giggle, and also handed a piece to Hermione on the side.

Only then did Su Er notice that a small pouch had appeared in Angel's hand at some point, and the candy from just now had been taken out of it.

Mrs. Ellison walked out of the kitchen carrying a plate of biscuits and served a cup of black tea to everyone present, except for Angel, who was only allowed to drink milk.

The little one disliked drinking milk, but she had a way: she secretly dropped a piece of the white candy from just now into her cup.

As long as it was sweet, milk was acceptable too.

She took a happy sip.

The topic quickly turned to the place where Su Er would go to school. In a short span of time, this knowledgeable old gentleman had already won Mr. Ellison's respect, but the latter still deliberated and asked cautiously:

"Mr. Dumbledore, what kind of place is the Hogwarts mentioned in the letter?"

Dumbledore pinched a biscuit, popped it into his mouth to chew, squinted his eyes with enjoyment, and then said:

"Hogwarts is a school with a thousand-year heritage, and it is responsible for teaching young wizards and witches magic."

Dumbledore tilted his head to look at Professor McGonagall, and seeing that she had somehow started chatting with Hermione, he smiled slightly.

It seemed that showing magic to a Muggle was something he could only do himself.

It was such a long-lost feeling.

Watching everything from the side, Su Er felt his heart skip a beat when he saw the knuckled wand in Dumbledore's hand; this was the Elder Wand, one of the Deathly Hallows.

Mr. and Mrs. Ellison were too shocked to speak, watching blankly as the cup in their hands grew two legs, hopped over to the teapot, and then the teapot floated up lightly and poured some black tea inside.

"Wow, the teacup came alive." Angel cried out in surprise.

Dumbledore smiled slightly, tapped the wooden chair beside Angel with his wand, and the wooden chair turned into a small silver-white pony with a golden unicorn horn on its forehead.

"It's a unicorn." Angel's eyes shone as she crawled up hand and foot, feeling not a shred of fear.

The unicorn began to run, circling round and round the living room.

Angel's excited and happy laughter lingered in the middle of the living room.

Having finished all this, Dumbledore picked up the teacup and took a light sip.

"This... this..." Mr. Ellison stammered; even though he had been prepared, having his worldview shaken still left his mouth hanging open, and Mrs. Ellison was even more so, but she was more envious that her daughter could ride a unicorn, and this was a live one! A live one!

What little European girl did not have a dream of riding a unicorn.

"In fact, this is merely one of the arts in magic." Dumbledore said softly.

"Child." Dumbledore looked at Su Er, "As you see, are you willing to come to Hogwarts?"

"Of course, sir." Su Er said softly.

"Then, this item should be handed over to you." Dumbledore stroked his ring, and a key appeared in his palm, "This is your parents'... legacy."

"My parents?" Su Er looked at Mr. and Mrs. Ellison.

"Yes." Dumbledore nodded, a flash of grief in his eyes, "It is a pity that by the time we found them, they had already... Afterwards, we searched for you for a long time."

"But it seems you have lived very happily."

"Yes, sir." Su Er looked at the laughing child and Mr. and Mrs. Ellison, who were staring intently at him, and could not help clenching the key in his palm, squeezing it tight.

Dumbledore smiled with gratification, watching Angel's joyful appearance.

He was silent for a moment, let out an imperceptible sigh, waved his wand to cancel only the magic on the teapot and teacup, and winked at Su Er, "That unicorn will accompany her for the night, just don't let it run outside, otherwise I will be in a lot of trouble."

"Minerva, we should go." He said.

Professor McGonagall only then stepped forward, looked closely at Su Er for a long while, and then gently patted his shoulder.

"Remember your surname; it is heroic and glorious."

"You look very much like your parents."

"If you need anything at school, you can come find me."

"Hogwarts welcomes your arrival."
