War Machine and the red-and-gold Armor landed.
"Isn't it weird running into someone you know at the airport?"
"Definitely weird."
Tony and Rhodey sounded like they were doing a double act.
"Tony, Hydra is behind all this." Steve looked at his two comrades.
"Yes, of course I know," Tony said. "Barnes is Hydra."
"No, it's not him, Tony," Steve explained.
T'Challa leaped into the fray in his Black Panther Suit.
The moment Steve saw him, he knew this fight was inevitable.
Natasha cut off Steve's retreat.
"Thaddeus Ross gave me thirty-six hours to bring you in," Tony said, stepping forward. "Twenty-four of those are already gone. Could you cooperate a little?"
"You've got the wrong man." Steve stood by those words. If they wanted Bucky, they would have to get through him first.
Tony grew angry too. "You're letting your personal feelings cloud your judgment."
"I don't have time to keep wasting on you. Underoos!"
At Tony's call, a web stuck to Steve's shield. Then a figure flipped through the air and landed, holding the shield he had snatched from Steve.
Steve's hands were bound.
Tony desperately wished Steve would come to his senses. Ever since Steve had called Barton back, Tony had been unable to understand why he was protecting a murderer.
Unfortunately, this was never going to end peacefully.
Steve had no intention of sitting back and waiting to be caught, either.
The opportunity he had been waiting for had arrived.
Falcon located another aircraft through the Redwing Drone.
Steve raised his hands, and Barton severed the web binding them with an arrow.
Peter sensed something was wrong. A tiny man crawled out onto the shield, kicked Peter in the chin, and took the shield before returning to normal size and landing.
