As the strongest host of the extremis virus, Aldrich Killian possessed a terrifyingly powerful physique.
His speed, strength, and reflexes far surpassed those of the other Extremis soldiers.
Tony's Iron Man Armor might as well have been made of paper before him. He tore through it effortlessly, leaving Tony to hold out by constantly switching suits.
Tony fired his repulsors, trying to suppress Killian.
Though the repulsors inflicted some damage, the extremis virus's healing ability rapidly repaired his wounds.
"It's useless, Tony Stark!" Killian snarled, throwing a punch at Tony's chest.
"Crack!"
A large section of the armor's breastplate melted instantly, sending sparks flying.
"Dammit!"
Tony grunted and flew backward, slamming into the deck.
Meanwhile, Rhodey took advantage of the chaos to sneak over to Hermione.
"Come with me, quick!" Rhodey reached out urgently.
He didn't know the little girl, but he had to get her to safety first.
Yet Hermione stood perfectly still, as though she hadn't heard him.
A green light flashed, and the Extremis soldier beside Hermione suddenly collapsed.
"What..." Rhodey's eyes widened, stunned by how the man had simply dropped off to sleep.
"Quiet."
Hermione frowned, a hint of displeasure in her voice.
She turned to Tony, her gaze teasing.
"Seriously, your armor can't take much of a beating, can it? It's like it's made of paper."
She paused, then added mockingly, "Why don't you stop calling yourself Iron Man? Tin Foil Man would suit you better."
"Or change your name to Krats Ynot."
Tony nearly choked at Hermione's words.
