Without his wand, Sirius dropped onto all fours and instantly transformed into a large black dog, baring his fangs as a low growl rumbled in his throat.

In the blink of an eye, a short, shifty-looking, balding man appeared before them.
It was Peter Pettigrew!
Peter picked up the wand from the floor and pointed it at Sirius, a vicious smile spreading across his face. "That's right. No one knows we're here. How wonderful."
