Miaomiao felt a little embarrassed as she recalled how Batman had snapped at her back then, and how, in a fit of temper, she had splashed water all over him.

Stephanie noticed Miaomiao's shyness. Although she was outgoing and had quite a rebellious streak, she was still, at heart, a good girl who readily empathized with others. Otherwise, with a third-rate villain for a biological father, she would never have grown into someone so principled, kind, and brave despite both her father's influence and her surroundings.
She smiled and ruffled Miaomiao's hair, reassuring her softly, "It's fine, I get it. Who here hasn't talked back to Batman or thrown a little tantrum? Every Robin has fought with him. Take this guy-"
As she spoke, Stephanie tipped her chin toward Tim, her voice teasing with the air of someone who had been through it all. "He's probably the most levelheaded of us, right? He's the only Robin who's never come to actual blows with Bruce. Even so, he once got grounded for a whole week for talking back to him!"
Miaomiao's eyes widened in surprise as she looked at Tim's helpless expression. She really hadn't known about that.
"Of course, I went even further." Stephanie even sounded a little proud. "I hid Bruce's Tactical Board in the Batwing's storage compartment. He practically turned the whole Batcave upside down looking for it."
Tim pressed a hand to his forehead and added, "Alfred was the one who found it in the end."
