Richie hesitated and thought for a moment. "I did draw on the graffiti wall at the Art Museum over the weekend, but I was just doodling."

Richie thought he had only doodled a little in the Art Museum. Don't tell me this old man took a liking to that random drawing and wants to make me his final disciple!

Isn't that a little too far-fetched? Could getting into Eden Academy really be that easy?

Richie was still caught in a spiral of self-doubt. This world felt a little unreal. He had tried everything to pass the written exam and interview, only to discover that all he needed to do was admit he had drawn a picture on the Art Museum's graffiti wall.

"Richie, could you tell me exactly what you drew on the Art Museum wall?" Madehua interrupted his thoughts with another question.

Richie fell into thought. He had been in a terrible mood that day and had drawn an abstract painting.

It had roughly resembled a flower. Although the colors were rather gloomy, the lines were fairly clear overall. After thinking for a moment, Richie answered:

"On the Art Museum wall, I used different shades of blue to express the poor mood I was in at the time. By releasing my stress and freeing myself from painful events in the past, I gave full vent to my emotions."

Richie had not said what he actually drew. He had only briefly explained the ideas his painting conveyed-to put it bluntly, he had just scribbled at random!!

He had no idea why his random scribbles had turned out so moving and artistic.

Zhang Si thought, Perhaps this is simply Richie's own innate talent!

As Richie explained his painting, Madehua could no longer hide the gleam in his eyes.

Sure enough, this was the child who had casually drawn on the Art Museum's graffiti wall.

Madehua was delighted. Taking this child as his disciple would be a real windfall.

He would make sure this child got into Eden Academy, then openly take him as his final disciple and properly teach him the principles and essence of painting.

Seeing that it was about time, and having found the child he wanted, Madehua decided the interview could end here. He told the Forgers they could leave:

"The Forger family may head home now. This interview went very well. Please keep your phone available and await good news from Eden Academy."

Madehua could barely contain his smile, practically quivering with delight.

That fat bastard Swan was deeply resentful as he watched his plan to use his connections to target the Forgers fall apart.

The Forgers' performance was within Henry's expectations. The only one who astonished him was Richie Forger, Loid Forger's eldest son, who was far more outstanding than his younger daughter. An elite student like him belonged at Eden Academy.

Twilight was overjoyed. Just moments ago, he had thought Richie's interview would fall through again. Now, Richie's admission to Eden Academy seemed assured.

Just as the Forgers politely thanked them and prepared to make an elegant exit from the interview room, an unwelcome voice rang out, driving Twilight and Yor mad.

"Hold on. Did I say you could leave?" That fat bastard Swan sprawled on the sofa as though he owned the place, while Madehua and Henry had even politely risen to see the Forgers out.

This man again! Twilight's pupils contracted sharply. He could barely suppress the urge to fly into a rage, repeatedly reminding himself, Twilight, Twilight, stay calm! Everything hinges on this moment. You absolutely cannot lose your temper!!

Yor's face darkened. What trouble is this fat bastard trying to stir up now? I'll pay him a visit tonight, cut his body into five pieces, smash his skull, and break off his ribs.

The Forgers stood frozen in place, unsure whether to open the door or close it.

Madehua spoke up. "I gave them permission to leave. Housemaster Swan, do you have an objection to my decision as Honorary Principal?"

Henry had avoided openly falling out with Swan throughout, aside from the punch he had given him that morning.

The fat on Swan's face quivered, and even when he spoke, he sounded as though he had a mouthful of phlegm. It was utterly revolting:

"Headmaster Madehua is only an Honorary Principal, after all. I doubt that position even appears in your official records! To put it plainly, you're just an ordinary art teacher at Eden Academy, with no real authority!"

Madehua was a refined old gentleman who rarely lost his temper. Even when faced with someone as shameless as Swan, he always maintained his ingrained elegance and composure.

"Though I am only the Honorary Principal, without Housemaster Swan's great authority or powerful backing, I conduct myself honorably and have never lined my pockets. I am worthy of being called a teacher at Eden Academy.

"Unlike certain people who have no shame, glorify ugliness, lack morals, and hold warped values. Such people should get out of Eden Academy's ivory tower. Having a teacher like you is an absolute disgrace to our academy."

Madehua had named no names, but everyone present knew perfectly well whom he meant.

Twilight suddenly understood. No wonder the information on Headmaster Madehua was incomplete. So that's why. It looks like it's time to teach Housemaster Swan a lesson!!

Twilight had already sentenced Swan to death in his mind. Once he got home, he would gather evidence that very night and leave Swan utterly disgraced by morning.

Yor had lost all trace of gentleness as well, her expression turning sinister. Night has fallen. Please allow me to take your life, Housemaster Swan.

Standing behind Yor and Twilight, Richie trembled. The images he saw through his mind-reading were scenes of Yor imagining herself killing someone that night.

He also saw images of his father secretly delivering evidence incriminating Swan to the headmaster, newspaper offices, various government agencies...

Richie swallowed. Sure enough, no matter whom you offend, never offend my father or mother. Housemaster Swan, you're the undisputed champion of courting death. I'm impressed.

Richie quietly gave Swan a thumbs-up. Enjoy your last supper. Mother is coming to take your worthless life tonight.

Swan sneered at Madehua's barbed remarks. "An art teacher dares to lord it over me? Take a good look at yourself and see whether you're even capable of it!

"My father has power. If you're so capable, go ahead and do the same! If you aren't, stop barking at me."

That fat bastard Swan looked down his nose at Henry and Madehua. Both had long known what he was like. Furious though they were, neither wanted to argue with him and delay the remaining admissions interviews, causing Eden Academy to lose promising students for nothing.

Madehua once again signaled that Twilight's family could leave and invited the next family in.

On their way home, Twilight plotted how to ruin Swan's reputation, while Yor agonized over whether to use poison for tonight's killing, and if so, which kind.

Richie sighed. His two eccentric parents really were something else!!

Still, at least his interview result was settled. With Henry and Madehua's help, his admission to Eden Academy was guaranteed. Though there had been a few bumps along the way, the outcome was good.

Richie happily hummed a little tune. "Fold a paper crane, tie on a red ribbon. Good luck is coming, wishing you good luck~"

Good night, (ノ*・ω・)ノ
