He Pingsheng had been rather lucky. He had barely waited in Celestial Pivot City before catching a teleportation to a neighboring divine kingdom, so he simply chose one with the shortest wait and teleported away.

He waited several months before teleporting away.
Thus, whenever he arrived somewhere, He Pingsheng would first browse the local commerce associations and hunt for a few things, then learn about the local customs before continuing to teleport.
Over several decades, He Pingsheng traveled through a dozen or so divine kingdoms in one stretch.
Of course, a dozen or so divine kingdoms were still far short of three thousand.
But He Pingsheng had discovered a few things. For instance, after leaving the Celestial Pivot Divine Kingdom, he encountered more and more divine kingdoms controlled by the Demon Race.
The Celestial Pivot Divine Kingdom and the Shimmering Light Divine Kingdom were both controlled by the Human Race, but apart from those two, most of the others were under the Demon Race's control.
For instance, He Pingsheng passed through the divine kingdom of the recently fallen Orthodox God of Time, High Heaven One. He had originally thought High Heaven One must have been a human.
In fact, he was not.
He was also a demon.
"Why doesn't this commerce association have a name?" He Pingsheng stood at the entrance to the largest commerce association in the City of Time and looked for quite a while, yet saw no name.
