• Luohu forced Jieyin to publicly admit the Buddhist School had plotted against him, then left Vulture Peak after warning its disciples not to oppose him again.
• Luohu thanked Gu Changqing for teaching him the heart-demon path, and Gu Changqing gave him Dao-infused wine while secretly using the Heaven-Opening Divine Axe to strengthen his artifact mastery.
• Gu Changqing’s aura subdued treasures across the worlds, and he later examined the World-Destroying Mill fragment before observing Sanzang’s party arrive at Wuzhuang Temple.
• Sanzang insisted on visiting Zhen Yuanzi, but Qingfeng struck him so hard that he crashed into a crater, prompting Sanzang to order his companions to force their way into the temple.

He reclaimed the Heaven-Opening Divine Axe, but the Heavenly Dao Will rescued Hongjun and the Elder of Chaos before Houtu and Nuwa could suppress them.

• Zhen Yuanzi bound the Buddhist School members with the Earth Book, but Zhunti broke the bindings and tried to take them away until Gu Changqing arrived and demanded the Jade Pure Bottle.
• Jieyin sent the Jade Pure Bottle to Gu Changqing, who gave it to Zhen Yuanzi, and its immortal nectar restored the Ginseng Fruit Tree.
• Gu Changqing returned to Biyou Palace and told Tongtian that his plan might help Zhen Yuanzi pursue Dao attainment as a disturbance erupted from Zixiao Palace.
• Hongjun and the Elder of Chaos displayed the Heaven-Opening Divine Axe and proclaimed their intent to rule, prompting Gu Changqing to confront them in the Outer Chaos Region.
