Lin Ye shouted at the top of his lungs, his voice echoing through the Beast Arena. He sounded so loyal, as though he truly valued friendship and would willingly share his friend's hardships.
In reality, though his words rang out loudly, he deliberately slowed his steps for a few moments. The movement was so subtle that anyone who wasn't watching closely would never notice his little scheme.
He was working out his own rosy little plan, hoping to build a good image before the crowd while leaving Xiao Qian to endure the Magic Wolves' attacks alone, reaping the fisherman's reward while others fought.

Just then, the two Tier 3 Magic Wolves got serious.
Blood-red light gathered in their mouths, growing denser and more dazzling as they concentrated the power within their bodies.
Spherical masses of light rapidly formed before their jaws, threads of lightning coiling around them with intermittent crackles.
Then, accompanied by rolling thunder, they hurtled viciously toward Xiao Qian.
Tier 3 Magic Beasts could already use abilities similar to Dou Techniques, and these powerful attacks made everyone present feel an invisible pressure bearing down on them.
"Screech! Screech!"
The balls of light tore through the air with piercing whistles, moving at astonishing speed. In the blink of an eye, they were right before Xiao Qian.
Their overwhelming force seemed to compress and distort the surrounding air. Even the ground throughout the arena trembled slightly beneath the impact of the attacks, kicking up clouds of dust. The sight was terrifying.
Xiao Qian's expression grew grave.
