Pure Land in the Defiled World

Either become a saint who conquers all!

Either become a sacrifice for everything!

Either become a lonely figure who holds fast to everything!

Either become the all-illuminating Hercules!

Either become the one who ends everything!

Either become the one who revives everything!

As these nine Path of Transcendence were slowly revealed, they echoed in this Land of Truth and Absurdity that defied description—whether darkness or Radiance, or a misty fog.

Jiang Yuu naturally developed an understanding of these nine Path of Transcendence.

No, that's not right.

This was not actually the ancient voice from time immemorial explaining the Path of Transcendence to Him.

Rather, it is His will that interprets the nine possibilities of Transcendence in this Land of Truth and Absurdity.

All sounds and all perspectives are "His" perceptions; in reality, they are all His own interpretations of himself.

He is already a Transcendence One, a great being about to embark on a journey, but He is still searching for his own Path of Transcendence.

Those Transcendence One are naturally Omniscience and Omnipotence.

But Beyond Transcendence, there are distinctions.

Different beings embark on Path of Transcendence, and naturally, they will take different routes.

These nine paths are actually Jiang Yuu's inner will, nine paths of Transcendence that He simulated for Himself after His Transcendence.

He could choose to possess it all, but that would take a long time and many years.

Since the Law of Humanity collapsed in the Multiverse, and the Multiverse itself began to have questionable lifespans, He knew that His time was running out.

Thinking about this...

Jiang Yuu.

At that moment, He had already made up His mind.

But He still slowly walked forward, toward those two hazy yet majestic figures.

He wanted to see.

What did these two pioneers, who left their mark on this Land of Truth and Absurdity, leave behind?

And what were their choices?

He was the first to approach that figure, which was both familiar and unfamiliar to him.

His face was majestic, and his Emperor aura overwhelmed all directions. Everything around him, under the "knowledge" he left behind, submitted to him and became his servant.

The magnificent aura emanating from Him corresponded to the second Path of Transcendence that Jiang Yuu had previously "heard".

"Your Majesty!"

"He is the King who protects all!"

That's right.

This Transcendence One is the Emperor of Superhuman Civilization, the Emperor of Humanity, and also Transcendence One on the Path of the Emperor.

When Jiang Yuu stepped into the Emperor of Humanity's "cognitive" arena.

The Legendary life of this great Emperor then came to mind.

It was pretty much the same as everything He had known before.

"Rising from weakness, leading civilization to progress, conquering the universe, dominating the Multiverse, and finally leaving the Multiverse, in the Land of True Nothingness, opening up Boundless Mountains and Seas, returning only after a billion years."

"Upon its return, the Multiverse could not bear the weight of the Emperor, so it inscribed the Law of Humanity, leading the entire Superhuman Civilization Transcendence."

When the Emperor of Humanity Transcendence, he also entered the Land of Truth and Absurdity, where he chose the Path of Transcendence.

As Jiang Yuu's thoughts and understanding expanded...

Scenes from the time of the Emperor of Humanity slowly unfolded before Him.

A majestic and awe-inspiring Emperor stepped into the Land of Truth and Absurdity, and seven vast voices, like heavenly sounds, echoed around Emperor.

"Prologue, Emperor, Disaster, Sacrifice, Loneliness, Awe, Passing Away!"

"After I Transcendence, seven paths appeared."

The Emperor of Humanity muttered to himself.

"As the Emperor of Humanity, I shall protect all!"

Jiang Yuu saw that the Emperor of Humanity had decisively chosen the path of "Emperor".

"The Emperor of Humanity, protecting all living beings—this is the choice He would make."

For the Emperor of Humanity.

Jiang Yuu You had actually met him a few times, so he wasn't really a mystery to her anymore.

His heart held only reverence.

then.

Curious, He walked toward the figure whose aura was profound, like the beginning of endlessness.

This was the one He had previously guessed—the original Transcendence One.

When He stepped into the cognitive aura of this unfamiliar Transcendence One.

Instantly.

It was as if the world had changed drastically.

All the majestic beings dwell high in the Chaos, their faces silent and solemn.

He seemed to have eyes that could see through everything, looking towards Jiang Yuu across endless years and time.

"I am the creator of the Multiverse; the 'Yuan' is the beginning of everything."

You may also call me "Yuanshi".

The Transcendence One Yuan did not appear to be "generous," as he did not leave his earliest experiences here for posterity to judge.

Instead, He spoke for Himself, telling everything He wanted those who came after Him to know.

"When the last Pure Land is breached by the corrupt Defiled World!"

"Endless chaos, all tainted by turbidity!"

"Endless spirits, all but decay!"

I have reached the end of my rope.

"Left with no other choice, I came to this murky world that has already been tainted by corruption."

"The world encompasses all things. It is also the origin of the world."

"I used the power of calamity to destroy everything that once existed here."

"Endless turbidity, before my calamity, all becomes True Nothingness!"

"In the endless True Nothingness, there is nothing."

I remain hidden here, undiscovered by this Defiled World.

"Loneliness and solitude led me out of the path of loneliness."

"And so, I persevered through endless darkness and suffering for countless years."

But ultimately, all attempts to escape cannot change anything.

"I finally mustered the courage to make a change!"

I want to do something.

"But what can I do, being merely the Yuanshi that destroys everything?"

"Thus, in the endless True Nothingness, I realized the Land of Truth and Absurdity; in the endless solitude, I comprehended the prologue to everything."

"Prologue, the first words of the Creator."

Ultimately, I created the Multiverse through order.

"The four elements of creation—spacetime, Order, energy, and matter—are all extensions of order, and also the traces I left behind that are not traces in themselves."

"Those who come after, you should understand."

"The idea of creation was born from endless loneliness and suffering."

"Now, although I Transcendence and erased and replaced all traces of 'me,' if you have also Transcendence, you should be able to feel everything I left behind in the Land of Being I created."

"The universe of the Multiverse is the tear I shed in my sorrow; the time and space of the Multiverse is my gaze upon my homeland; the Nothingness of the Multiverse originates from the emptiness within my heart across endless years. And the burning light and vibrant spirit of the Multiverse are the hope I hold dear."

"I created the Multiverse to carve out hope for a new, Pure Land amidst this endless turbidity."

Therefore, there are three paths to my Transcendence!

"Disaster, order, loneliness!"

"By pursuing three paths simultaneously, I finally attained true Transcendence."

"At this moment, I have the ability to travel to the source of this Defiled World."

"The vastness of this Defiled World originates from Land of Transcendence."

"That's a place that the Pure Land of the past couldn't reach."

That brings us to this.

This towering figure looked on with anticipation.

"Actually."

"I could have stayed in this Land of True Nothingness, in this small source of Pure Land."

"But to my great delight, after the four seasons of creation, life was born."

"This is the Fifth Order, existing between existence and non-existence; it is the rarest Order of Life."

"My Path of Transcendence is now complete."

"I, too, became life through the birth of life and the completion of the Order of Life."

But my surprise didn't last long.

"The appearance of living beings is the source of all Pure Land, but it will naturally attract the defilement of the Defiled World."

"As endless turbidity is about to spread, this small, pristine Pure Land will be tainted."

"I don't want to."

"Those who come after me, I will ascend to the Land of Transcendence. If you can Transcendence, you may come here and join me in creating Pure Land, keeping them at the source."
