• Relative age: Ancient accounts describe it as the first great “existence,” preceding the Endless Planes and the Boundless Mountains and Seas. The Endless Planes is smaller, but comparable in overall strength 729.
• Internal forms: Although starfield-based universes predominate, its spacetimes also include astral realms, planes, great worlds, mountain ranges, sea clusters, and black abysses 1087.
• Inter-universal void: The Nothingness between universes still contains laws, concepts, matter, and sparse energy. It is distinct from the true nothingness outside the Multiverse 989.
• Hyperdimensional structure: The Multiverse’s Hyperdimensional Spacetime connects to the hyperdimensional domains of individual Cosmic Grade spacetimes, transmitting its transcendent will into them. This allows transcendent power to function across different worlds 783.
• Land of Origin: Its highest dimension is a formless, colorless expanse as large as the Multiverse itself. It governs the whole and can be reached by the Lord of the Multiverse 1126.

• Original Universe — Birthplace of humanity and the Superhuman Civilization. It once stood at the Multiverse’s center and later produced Jiang You 965 1129.
• Radiant Universe — The central seat seized by the Jun Court and later occupied by Jiang You’s victorious armies. Celestial Emperor Mu originally moved it from the Eastern Region to the center 1045 1055 1112.
• Land of the Void Passage — An entrance into the Radiant Universe guarded by the Void Passage Clan. Envoys from the Boundless Mountains and Seas reported finding no other entrance from outside 956 968.

Energy Cycle

• Before Jiang You became the Sovereign of Energy, the Multiverse’s energy was a stagnant reserve without a healthy cycle 1249.
• His authority made energy circulate, grow, and fluctuate in tides. These fluctuations also supported the Multiverse’s continued growth 1249.
• Energy ebbs weaken individual transcendent systems and energy-dependent institutions; technological civilizations can prosper by exploiting laws requiring little transcendent energy 1397.
• Renewed energy tides allow ancient cultivation systems and powerful individual cultivators to rise again 1755.

Fundamental Laws and Authority

Supremacy

• One Supreme per universe: The established system normally provides one Supreme position in each universe. An occupied position or insufficient universal foundations can force Quasi-Supremes to seek advancement elsewhere 729 743.
• Universal foundations: Complete great universes support the station of a Supreme. Cosmic Grade spacetimes can merge into greater universes, while warfare can shatter them and reduce their rank 765.
• Burden of rule: The Multiverse measures a Supreme by the burden of a universe and its living beings, whether or not that Supreme treats those beings benevolently 798.
• Racial elevation: The emergence of a Supreme raises a race’s status and sublimates its bloodline talents 1105.

Sovereign Authority

• The Emperor of Superhuman Civilization gathered the Eye Race’s scattered authorities and used conceptual power to forge a unique Emperor Realm station. From then on, the position of Lord of the Multiverse became singular 1095.
• Sovereign authority permits command over the Multiverse’s laws, workings, energy, and matter across time and space. Within its boundaries, a fully realized Sovereign is nearly omniscient and omnipotent 1106 1128.
• Celestial Emperor Realm, Sovereign Realm, and Jiang You’s Lord of Heaven Realm refer to the same overarching realm. Jiang You retained his own title rather than taking Celestial Emperor Mu’s 1135.

Law of Humanity

• The Emperor of Humanity engraved this law after rewriting the Multiverse’s fundamental law of self-correction. It stabilized the other laws and tied the Multiverse’s continued existence to humanity’s survival 1118.
• It caused newly born universes and spacetimes to naturally produce humans and gave evolving races a fifty-percent chance of developing into humans 1118.
• Its influence made humans the predominant species and the source of most Supremes 965 980.
• When it shattered, other laws assumed its functions. Some developing species ceased evolving toward human form, and some worlds that would previously have produced humans no longer did so 980.
• Jiang You restored the law upon his return as a thirty-six-winged Radiant Sovereign 1486.

Time and Historical Protection

• Individual universes’ timelines are branches of the Multiverse’s River of Time 1135.
• The River-Severing Great Stele anchors the Multiverse’s temporal structure. It protected later ages by containing the destruction of history within the ancient past 1118 1581.
• Jiang You proposed a Time Administration Bureau with nine grades of timeline disruption and penalties accounting for intent and circumstances 1168.
• His proposed Lighthouse of Time would combine spacetime authority with primordial time and energy authorities to detect anomalies across the Multiverse 1168.
• By the later assault on Holy Paradise Mountain, the Bureau operated a Tower of Time, which withdrew into the temporal dimension as it approached destruction 1389.

History

Creation and the First Civilizations

Yuanshi created the Multiverse amid his solitude and later departed to resist the Defiled World beyond transcendence 1494 1542. Its formation began with a singularity within true nothingness. The singularity’s expansion brought forth time, space, matter, energy, dimensions, and the other foundations of existence 1119.

During his journey into the primordial past, Jiang You separated the tightly packed universes with low-energy void regions, giving them room to develop independently 1122. Life emerged five billion years after creation, followed another hundred million years later by intelligent races, civilizations, technology, and transcendent systems 1128.

Eye Race Dominion

The Eye Race became the first civilization to dominate the Multiverse, combining exceptional talent, technology, and eye techniques. It conquered vast numbers of universes and enslaved other beings 1128. Its system eventually included five thousand Eyes of Heaven, with governors throughout the regions 1095.

Humanity arose on an ordinary planet in the Original Universe during this dominion 1129. The Emperor of Superhuman Civilization defeated the Eye Race’s supreme authorities one by one, ending its rule and consolidating authority within himself 1094 1095.

Superhuman Civilization and Transcendence

The Superhuman Civilization spread humanity throughout the Multiverse 1581. Its Emperor eventually exceeded what the Multiverse could accommodate, provoking a self-correction that destabilized laws, scattered its essence, and disrupted timelines 1118.

He rewrote that self-correction to allow limitless expansion, stabilized the resulting collapse with the Law of Humanity, and transcended alongside his people 1118. Later revelations identified the Defiled World as the source of corruption reaching into the Multiverse’s ancient history, against which the River-Severing Great Stele provided protection 1502.

Celestial Emperor Mu and the Holy Court

Celestial Emperor Mu unified the Multiverse under the Radiant Holy Court, beginning a golden age of flourishing civilizations and transcendent talent 789. Every Supreme automatically held the rank of Holy King within the court, and its decrees prohibited universe-scale spacetimes from attacking or merging with one another 580 743.

The Celestial Emperor Era lasted 1.6 trillion years and included a prolonged war against the Endless Planes 789. Mu and the Crystal Emperor ultimately perished together, leaving both realms without their rulers 580 789.

Fragmentation and the Jun Court

After Mu’s death, Supreme Holy Kings competed for his throne. Supreme Shiluo, whom the Seven-Colored Compass regarded as the legitimate successor, could not compel their recognition. Five Holy Kings eventually attacked him over a supposed imperial inheritance, devastating the spacetimes along their battle route 581.

The Holy Court became an empty shell as Supremes fought, universes shattered, and political power fragmented 789. Supreme Jun later seized the Radiant Universe and replaced the Holy Court with the Jun Court, while alliances developed elsewhere 906 1045.

Holy Paradise Mountain

Jiang You built an eastern coalition, defeated the Jun Court, and advanced to the Radiant Universe. The defeated court’s surviving Supremes submitted to him 1055. He subsequently attained Sovereign authority and ruled as the Lord of Heaven 1106 1126 1135.

His administration expanded transportation and information networks and approved the Greater Universe Pioneering Act, promulgated in Holy Calendar year 98800. The act opened a route for qualified Quasi-Supremes to create greater universes through mergers 1237.

Jiang You also planned a Greater Heaven and Greater Underworld to anchor Holy Paradise Mountain’s authority beyond his personal presence 1184. After his departure for transcendence, his lingering aura deterred challengers for two hundred million years. Its disappearance triggered a multiversal war against the Holiness Order 1389.

Declining Magic and Civilizational Rule

The ensuing conflict destroyed Holy Paradise Mountain and all seventeen major powers of the Ten Domains. Sevenfold Heaven Mountain vanished from public view, though it remained intact in the Darkest Secret Domain 1397.

As energy declined, transcendent institutions retreated and civilizations became the principal powers. Supreme-grade civilizations competed across the Multiverse, rebuilding regional transportation and communications systems 1397 1465.

Jiang You later returned, restored the Law of Humanity, and called on the Supremes to help defend existence against the Defiled World 1486 1494. He eventually led the Angel Civilization and Paradise Mountain through the Gate of Transcendence 1531.

Star Civilization and Youlunna

After the Angel Civilization’s departure, energy subsided again and civilizations retained their dominance 1575. Star Civilization defeated the Transcendent Enforcer Civilization and formed the Pan-Human Civilization Alliance, restoring unified administration, transportation, and internet systems 1578.

The alliance redrew the ten non-Abyss domains and redistributed great universes to discourage separatism 1578. Its temporal expedition retrieved the source of the four primordial orders, enabling its artificial god Youlunna to attain Multiverse Sovereignty 1575 1578.

Defiled World Calamity and Later Fragmentation

The Defiled World eventually invaded through the Well of Yuanshi. Its Heaven’s Will overwhelmed the Multiverse’s origin will, while invading armies devastated worlds and civilizations 1622.

By Rosela’s later visit, Youlunna had transcended and departed with Star Civilization. Rival civilizations fought for control without producing a victor. One billion years after Youlunna’s departure, a renewed energy tide revived individual transcendent systems; rising Cosmic Supremes defeated the exhausted dominant civilizations 1755.

Some Supremes withdrew to their own universes, while others formed new powers or sought to emulate Celestial Emperor Mu and Yuliel. No new monarch had united the Multiverse 1755.

Transportation and Communications

• Holy Paradise Mountain networks: Multiversal transportation and internet systems connected Cosmic Grade spacetimes of different sizes, supporting administration and information exchange 1237 1253.
• Public uses: Gods followed multiversal news from their divine kingdoms; spellcasters exchanged knowledge remotely; knights organized tournaments; bounty hunters assisted in enforcing the Holiness Order 1253.
• Civilizational reconstruction: Rising civilizations rebuilt networks within their territories after the decline of the old transcendent order 1465.
• Alliance roads: The Pan-Human Civilization Alliance’s restored network allowed its legions and artificial gods to reach distant territories rapidly 1578.
• Travel without such infrastructure: The envoys from the Boundless Mountains and Seas spent more than twenty thousand years traveling from the Radiant Universe through the Central Region to the Eastern Region 968.
