  • Mikto I conquered the Elf lands after the Dwarf and Lizardfolk betrayed the Elf Dynasty, then summoned Belather as he lay dying.
  • Mikto I told Belather to trust his brothers, seek a Lionheart princess’s hand, and permit all faiths because he feared the God of Death’s madness.
Chapters 326–350 Vol. 4 Read

Ch. 326Divine offices of nurture, shelter, water sources, and bridges

Arthur Lionheart chose to let the Lionheart Kingdom face its civil war, while Annatania checked Silivans’s progress toward greater divine power. In the Underworld, Andaras continued to rule a realm divided among its factions, and a mysterious scythe-bearing figure appeared in his palace.

  • Arthur Lionheart told Katades not to intervene in the Lionheart Kingdom’s civil war, believing a crisis could revive the family.
  • Arthur reassured Katades that Feland’s gods would not dare threaten Paradise Mountain while Annatania guarded it, and he praised Silivans’s impending advancement.
  • Silivans told Annatania that he had nearly mastered the divine offices of nurture, shelter, water sources, and bridges, and that his Primordial Tree Realm was taking shape.
  • Annatania praised Silivans for his diligence and promised him a task once he attained greater divine power.
  • Andaras continued developing the Underworld and hoped to reclaim its shared territories, while a black-robed figure holding a scythe appeared in the Underworld Emperor Palace.

Ch. 327Schemes

Soladis persuaded Andaras to help the Hasoladi Kingdom counter the Winged People without openly breaking the gods’ agreement, in exchange for a chance to reclaim Underworld territory. Their staged defections brought Underworld forces to the kingdom, which marched south again in 3805.

  • Soladis asked Andaras to send Necromancers and Nightmare Knights to fight the Lionheart Kingdom’s Winged People, but Andaras refused to interfere in mortal wars.
  • Soladis offered to seize part of the Underworld shared by the gods and return it to Andaras, and Andaras agreed to their arrangement.
  • Soladis proposed that the Nightmare Knight Order and Necromancer Corps pretend to defect from the Underworld and join the Hasoladi Kingdom.
  • In 3799, Nightmare led the Nightmare Knight Order out of the Underworld, and the Hasoladi Kingdom took them in after Underworld envoys failed to catch them.
  • In 3803, Tekmeser led a group of Death Mages in defecting; Chiron was punished for abandoning his post, and the Underworld envoys again failed to retrieve the defectors.
  • In 3805, the Hasoladi Kingdom marched south again.

Ch. 328Jeanne

A Three-Eyed fleet detected a super spacetime anomaly and set course for the Solar System. In the Astral Realm, the defeated knight met Jeanne in her ruined village and offered to train her to seek revenge.

  • A Three-Eyed officer reported that the Clock Celestial Body had detected and located the super spacetime anomaly again.
  • The supreme captain ordered the fleet to head toward the anomaly, with the journey expected to take several thousand years.
  • Hasoladi's forces and the Nightmare Knight Order routed the Lionheart Kingdom's northern legions and Golden Lion Knight Order.
  • Jeanne emerged from the ruins of her village and grieved over her dead family and neighbors.
  • An old, one-armed knight found Jeanne and offered to teach her so she could take revenge.
  • Jeanne agreed to go with the knight and vowed to have her revenge.

Ch. 329Undead Scourge

In 3806 of the Elf Dynasty Calendar, Hasoladi besieged New Bolek City, but the Lionheart Kingdom held out with help from the Winged People. After seven days of failed assaults, Mikto I agreed to let Yadaqi’s Death Mages intervene, and an undead army rose around the city.

  • Mikto I demanded Herlet Lionheart surrender, but Herlet refused and vowed to defend New Bolek City to the death.
  • The Nightmare Knight Order charged the walls, but Michael and the Winged People arrived and fought them and Pidekes to a stalemate in the sky.
  • Mikto I ordered a ground assault, and Hasoladi’s army besieged New Bolek City for seven days and seven nights without capturing it.
  • Mikto I agreed to Yadaqi’s proposal to use the Death Mages, despite his objections to raising the dead.
  • Before dawn the next day, white mist covered the region as undead rose inside the city and marched toward it, beginning the First Undead Scourge.

Ch. 330The First Empire of the Human Race

The Hasoladi Kingdom conquered much of northern Feland while the Lionheart Kingdom restored itself on the Western Sea Coast and the Elf Dynasty lost its Northern Border. Years later, Mikto Hasoladi founded the Hasoladi Empire, which history called the First Empire of the Human Race.

  • In 3806, Yadaqi and more than a dozen Legendary Death Mages unleashed an Undead Scourge that devastated New Bolek City and helped the Hasoladi Kingdom conquer the Lionheart Kingdom’s royal capital.
  • Michael withdrew the Winged People's elite army after the defeat, and Annatania later sent Raphael to punish the Death Mages; all but the Lich Yadaqi were killed.
  • In 3808, Momeier Lionheart restored the Lionheart Kingdom on the Western Sea Coast, built Ironstone Fortress, and secured the Holy Church of Radiance’s support.
  • In 3809 and 3810, the Hasoladi army captured Garso and Aides, conquering the Elf Dynasty’s Northern Border while its westward forces were stopped at Ironstone Fortress.
  • In 3811, Mikto Hasoladi moved south to Yobud City and began building an Imperial Palace.
  • In 3819, Mikto Hasoladi declared the Hasoladi Empire and was crowned its first emperor.

Ch. 331The betrayed Demon Monarch

Jiang Yuu consolidated his control over the Divine Realm while the war on Valen continued, and the gods advanced against the demons. At the western defensive line, Azkele was abandoned by his allies and surrendered to Aikalia when she recognized him.

  • Jiang Yuu revealed the Platinum Holy Throne and continued assimilating the Divine Realm’s authority, while Thetis told the three God-Kings that he would soon attain grand divine power.
  • Jiang Yuu pursued the Demon Monarchs fleeing to the demon nest, killed nine more, and held the demons there behind the White Gold Moon.
  • The gods of Valen advanced halfway along both defensive fronts, with Aikalia and her elf legions earning notable military achievements.
  • Azkele recognized the Silver Moon Goddess and prepared to report that the gods of Feland had arrived in Valen, but the other Demon Monarchs left him behind when the western line was breached.
  • Aikalia recognized Azkele and attacked him, and he surrendered rather than fight.

Ch. 332Abyss Blood War!

After capturing Azkele, Jiang Yuu questioned him about a world that had severed an Abyss layer and learned how the Abyss Will responded. Azkele revealed that the world had endured years of war before powerful beings from the Abyss corrupted it, leaving Jiang Yuu and the gods to consider the danger.

  • Aikalia spared the surrendering Azkele after another god advised her to let Jiang Yuu decide his fate.
  • Jiang Yuu arrived, and Azkele prostrated himself and offered his true name and heart in exchange for submission.
  • Azkele told Jiang Yuu that a super-world had persuaded demons to surrender, severed an Abyss layer, and devoured it.
  • Azkele explained that the Abyss Will had no individual consciousness and would treat a severed layer as hostile, triggering Abyss Blood War mode.
  • Azkele said that powerful beings from the Abyss had ultimately corrupted the super-world, prompting the Silver Moon Goddess to move against him before Jiang Yuu stopped her.

Ch. 333A candidate for Lord of Hell

Jiang Yuu forced Azkele to submit and tasked him with closing the Abyss Gate during a future counteroffensive, promising him a chance to rule a layer of Hell. A thousand years later, Azkele remained undercover among the Demon Monarchs and impatiently awaited Jiang Yuu’s signal.

  • Jiang Yuu made Azkele swear loyalty, planted the Flame of Judgment in his heart, and ordered him to close the Gate of the Abyss before the Demon Monarchs could flee.
  • Jiang Yuu promised Azkele he could become a candidate to rule a layer of Hell if he carried out the task.
  • The Silver Moon Goddess Aikalia worried that Azkele might reveal Feland’s coordinates, but Jiang Yuu argued that Azkele had no reason to betray them.
  • A thousand years later, Azkele sat on an Abyss Demon Monarch’s Throne, concealed his contempt for the Demons, and wondered when Jiang Yuu would begin the counteroffensive.

Ch. 334Champion Demon King

Azkele overheard Demon Monarchs discuss a Champion Demon King who was coming to establish the 1004th Layer of the Abyss and might be recruited to attack the White Gold Moon. After his demon heart reaffirmed his loyalty to Yuliel, Azkele decided to pass on the news, and the story moved to the Youmanli Kingdom.

  • Demon Monarchs discussed a Champion Demon King who had won a hundred thousand Demon Arena matches and was heading to the Outer Abyss to establish a new layer.
  • A Demon Monarch speculated that Silver Eye Hughes had sent a Silver-Patterned Demon Monarch to invite the Champion Demon King to attack the White Gold Moon and defeat Yuliel.
  • Azkele listened anxiously, weighed the Champion Demon King's strength against Yuliel's, and felt his demon heart burn as his loyalty to Yuliel returned.
  • Azkele decided to tell Yuliel what he had heard.
  • Several days later, the story shifted to the Youmanli Kingdom behind the central defensive line.

Ch. 335Inner Abyss

Jiang Yuu received a message from Azkele about a Champion Demon King and grew eager to meet whoever claimed the title. Meanwhile, a Demon Monarch arrived in a vast, prosperous Inner Abyss territory ruled by a Supreme Divine Power, where Amos, the Champion Demon King, held land.

  • A black-robed messenger delivered Azkele’s scroll to Jiang Yuu on the White Gold Moon.
  • Jiang Yuu read about the Champion Demon King, and his fighting spirit awakened as he wondered who else dared call himself champion.
  • A silver-marked Demon Monarch crossed hundreds of Abyss planes and entered the Inner Abyss.
  • The Demon Monarch reached a vast and prosperous Abyss plane where demons, Demon Monarchs, and Abyss Demon Gods lived under a Supreme Divine Power.
  • The Demon Monarch arrived in the northwestern demon town within Amos’s territory.

Ch. 336Amos

Amos prepared to establish his own layer of the Abyss but lacked enough world coordinates and resources to repay the Abyss Will. Demon God Silver Eye’s envoy offered him ten large-world coordinates and future aid in exchange for killing a powerful deity, and Amos agreed before sending the envoy away with a warning.

  • Amos planned to use his Demon God's Proof to establish a layer of the Abyss, but he still needed more world coordinates and resources to meet the Abyss Will’s ten-thousand-year repayment demands.
  • Demon God Silver Eye’s envoy asked Amos to kill a deity of greater divine power while Lord Hughes remained occupied suppressing three beings of grand divine power.
  • The envoy promised Amos coordinates for ten large worlds and future loans of souls and world fragments if he killed the deity.
  • Amos accepted the offer, confident he could defeat the god and claim the reward.
  • When the envoy urged him to leave as soon as possible, Amos seized him by the throat, warned him not to rush his departure, and hurled him away.

Ch. 337The Golden Lion Banner!

Jeanne inherited Dake Lionheart’s Golden Lion banner and family name, vowing to rebuild the Golden Lion Knight Order and avenge her homeland. Decades later, the northern continent’s conflicts had begun to stabilize, while new Elf nations and the Dark Elf Kingdom reshaped the political landscape.

  • Jeanne trained in the snow as her grandfather, a one-armed old man, watched and asked if she still wanted revenge against the Hasoladi people.
  • Dake Lionheart revealed that he had commanded the Golden Lion Knight Order and gave Jeanne its banner, asking her to rebuild the order and avenge their country and families.
  • Jeanne accepted the banner and the Lionheart name, becoming Jeanne Dake Lionheart and promising to carry on Dake’s legacy.
  • Dake took Jeanne to the Holy City to pursue a stronger Knight class and begin her path toward Legendary strength.
  • From 3821 to 3856, the Hasoladi Empire and the Elf Dynasty fought at Fallen Star Lake while the rebuilt Lionheart Kingdom resisted Hasoladi attacks at Ironstone Fortress, and a secret resistance organization arose within the empire.
  • After the Elf Dynasty withdrew from Finoton, the Eternal King recognized the new Elf nations except the Dark Elves, whose kingdom had been established north of Nadashil.

Ch. 338God of Sleep and Lightning

The chapter recounted the development of the God-Gifted Continents and the rise of new kingdoms and divine powers. It ended with Soladis and Silivans beginning their ascensions in Year 4023.

  • In Year 3860, an elven scholar proposed merging the four continents, sparking debate over their land connections.
  • By Year 3865, a gnoll had founded a kingdom on Yuzla that worshipped a purple-gold divine turtle, while a dragonkin established a Mercenary Kingdom in the west.
  • In Year 3870, Little Turtle woke fully, became the God of Sleep and Lightning, and joined the Paradise Mountain Pantheon.
  • In Year 3900, Jeanne Dake Lionheart reached Hero Tier and traveled to Nolan World to advance along the Path of the Knight.
  • In Year 4000, the forest elves of Finoton established the Forest Kingdom with the Silver Moon Elf Dynasty's approval.
  • In Year 4023, Soladis and Silivans both began their ascensions.

Ch. 339The World Tree

After Soladis and Silivans ascended to greater divine power, Annatania entrusted Silivans with Yuliel’s plan to connect worlds across the Astral Realm. Silivans accepted the task of becoming Paradise Mountain’s World Tree.

  • Soladis ascended to greater divine power, claimed a portion of the Underworld as the Realm of the Dead, and refused to return it to the God of the Underworld.
  • The God of the Underworld declined to attack Soladis immediately, choosing to wait until he caused further trouble.
  • Silivans ascended to greater divine power on Paradise Mountain after preparations and prayers from the Forest Elves.
  • Annatania told Silivans that Yuliel believed he could become a god of grand divine power and conveyed his plan to gather worlds around Paradise Mountain.
  • Annatania asked Silivans to place his true body in the Astral Realm and extend his branches between worlds, and Silivans accepted.

Ch. 340The final arrival

Silivans transformed into a World Tree connecting small worlds, while Amos reached the 997th Layer of the Abyss and agreed to kill a god for Silver Eye Hughes. On the Day of the High Sun in Valen World, Jiang Yuu opened his eyes and looked toward the Abyss Gate of Spacetime.

  • Annatania explained how Silivans could grow into a World Tree, and he agreed to begin by taking root in a medium-sized world.
  • Several years later, Silivans appeared as a world-sized oak, with branches already connecting small worlds, drawing wary comments from the gods and Soladis.
  • Amos traveled to the 997th Layer of the Abyss and confronted Silver Eye Hughes, insisting that he was an independent Champion Demon King.
  • Hughes asked Amos to kill a god in exchange for their unchanged agreement, and Amos accepted, confident that he could defeat his target.
  • On the Day of the High Sun, the demons facing Valen World celebrated as Jiang Yuu opened his eyes and turned toward the Abyss Gate of Spacetime.

Ch. 341Look up at me, god!

Amos, the Champion Demon King, entered Valen through the Gate of the Abyss and challenged Jiang Yuu, the God of Judgment. Jiang Yuu’s aura matched and then overpowered Amos’s, and the two faced each other in the sky.

  • Amos stepped through the Gate of the Abyss, and the demons bowed before him as he asked where to find the God of Judgment.
  • The Silver-Patterned Demon Monarch pointed to the White Gold Moon, and Amos declared that he would kill its god and open the Abyss.
  • Jiang Yuu appeared above the White Gold Moon and released a holy aura that dispelled Amos’s pressure and restored the courage of Valen’s forces.
  • Jiang Yuu’s aura gradually surpassed Amos’s, frightening the demons and drawing cheers from Valen’s warriors.
  • Amos rose into the air to confront Jiang Yuu, who said he did not like looking up at others.

Ch. 342Lord of Desire!

Jiang Yuu confronted Amos, the Champion Demon King, and killed a Demon Monarch who interrupted their exchange. Amos’s desire-based attack failed to affect Jiang Yuu, who destroyed his nine rivers of desire and severed Amos’s arm; Amos then charged him, determined to settle the fight through combat.

  • Jiang Yuu teased Amos, then killed a Demon Monarch who boasted about Amos’s strength with a single sword strike.
  • Amos recognized Jiang Yuu’s power and challenged him to fight.
  • Amos unleashed nine rivers of desire, but Jiang Yuu’s indomitable will resisted their corruption.
  • Jiang Yuu destroyed the rivers with nine sword strikes and severed one of Amos’s arms.
  • Amos regrew his arm and charged Jiang Yuu, declaring his confidence in a same-rank fight.

Ch. 343This Is How You Should Kneel Before Me!

Jiang Yuu fought Amos, the Champion Demon King, for three days and nights, devastating Valen World while his Power of Holiness protected its inhabitants. After Amos believed he had won, Jiang Yuu revealed that he had fought only a projection and forced Amos to kneel beneath his sword.

  • Jiang Yuu and Amos clashed across Valen World, reshaping the land and transforming some creatures into Giant Serpents of Darkness and Holy Eagles of Radiance.
  • After three days and nights, both fighters appeared gravely wounded, and Amos offered Jiang Yuu power in the Abyss or threatened to kill him.
  • Jiang Yuu revealed that the battered figure was a projection and appeared as a Monarch seated upon the White Gold Throne.
  • Amos raged at having been deceived and tried to attack Jiang Yuu again.
  • Jiang Yuu crossed the distance between them, drove Amos into the earth, and shattered his knees with Judgment Divine Power, forcing him to kneel.

Ch. 344Want to die or want to live?

Jiang Yuu defeated Amos and offered to spare him if he submitted, then learned how a Demon Monarch could open and separate an Abyssal plane. He left Amos under his control and announced that he would accompany him to open the plane after attaining grand divine power and killing Demon God Silver Eye.

  • The gods and demons bowed before Jiang Yuu after he defeated Amos, while the former Sky Lord warned Firos that Yuliel’s overwhelming presence could crush his ambition and urged him to leave Valen World.
  • Amos expected Jiang Yuu to kill him, but Jiang Yuu asked whether he wanted to live or die.
  • Amos explained that a Demon God's Proof allowed him to open an Abyssal plane and that its master could separate it from the Abyss, provoking an Abyss Blood War.
  • Jiang Yuu offered to spare Amos if he submitted unconditionally and accepted measures imposed upon him, and Amos agreed.
  • Jiang Yuu told Amos not to leave for the Outer Abyss yet, saying he would first attain grand divine power and kill Demon God Silver Eye, then accompany Amos to open and separate his plane.

Ch. 345The Oath at Fallen Star Lake!

Jiang Yuu subdued Amos and returned to the Divine Realm, while the Hasoladi Empire’s victory at Fallen Star Lake set its southward campaign in motion. As Mikto I vowed to conquer Feland, Michael planned to lead the Winged People into Paradise Mountain and sent their forces to fight the invading army.

  • Jiang Yuu implanted the Power of Judgment in Amos, making the Demon Monarch his subordinate, and took him to the Divine Realm.
  • Jiang Yuu’s Radiant Projection revealed it was only a projection, but the Demon Monarchs remained still and the battlefield quieted.
  • Demon God Silver Eye raged at Amos’s defeat and attacked the three wounded God-Kings more fiercely.
  • The Hasoladi Empire defeated the Elf Dynasty at Fallen Star Lake, and Mikto I sent one army south after the elves and another toward the Winged People’s Kingdom.
  • Mikto I swore to conquer Feland and make humanity its ruling race.
  • Michael welcomed the Hasoladi invasion as a chance for the Winged People to ascend into Paradise Mountain, then ordered their elite troops to confront Mikto I’s main force.

Ch. 346The entire kingdom ascends

After Michael’s victory over the Hasoladi Empire, the Winged People relocated from Feland and Greya Continent to the Fifth Paradise Mountain, completing their kingdom’s ascension and becoming angels in name. Jiang Yuu checked his game panel and reflected that the visitors should arrive in about a thousand years.

  • Michael led a force of three thousand elite Winged People in a charge that killed Gaige Harasodi and broke the Hasoladi Empire’s million-strong army.
  • Michael pursued and nearly destroyed the Nightmare Knight Order and Death Mage Corps as the imperial army fled.
  • Mikto I considered marching south again but accepted his ministers’ advice to let the army recover.
  • In 4052, the gods of Paradise Mountain moved the Winged People and their cities from Feland into the Fifth Paradise Mountain, while some stayed behind with their elven partners.
  • In 4053, the Winged People of Greya Continent were relocated as well, completing the kingdom’s ascension and transforming the Winged People into angelic reservists.
  • Jiang Yuu opened his game panel, saw the launch countdown, and wondered whether the visitors would arrive in about a thousand years.

Ch. 347Orcs would never be slaves

After the Winged People left, Orc slaves on Greya rebelled and established a tribal assembly, while the Gargoyles refused Michael’s invitation to Paradise Mountain. Michael told Annatania about them, and she suggested that Nolan’s Goddess of Dark Night might help.

  • After the Winged People's departure, races settled across the Feland Continent, while the weakened Hasoladi Empire withdrew its army and built a city at Fallen Star Lake.
  • Kadefei killed his master and led Orc slaves in a rebellion against the upper-class Orcs, later overthrowing their rule and establishing the Tribal Assembly with himself as its first great chieftain.
  • Kadefei granted human nobles who had aided the Orc rebellion land on Greya’s southern coast, where they founded a kingdom that remained friendly with the Orc tribes.
  • Michael traveled to Lomanda and invited Totomans and the Gargoyles to ascend to Paradise Mountain, but Totomans refused, saying the Gargoyles no longer belonged with the light.
  • Michael heard the Gargoyles declare their devotion to their Lord and their resolve to uphold justice in the night, then told Annatania about them.
  • Annatania suggested that Nolan’s Goddess of Dark Night might be able to help the Gargoyles.

Ch. 348I bless you, Gargoyles

Fulina, the Goddess of Dark Night, visited Lomanda Mountain City to bless the Gargoyles and recruit followers for Paradise Mountain. Totomans and half the Gargoyles agreed to follow her, and she granted them powerful blessings tied to the night.

  • Fulina went to Lomanda Mountain City after Annatania asked her to check on the Gargoyles, and Totomans identified himself as their leader and a follower of the Lord of Judgment.
  • Fulina concealed the mountain city with her dark night divine power after Totomans asked her to keep it hidden.
  • Fulina told Totomans she wanted some Gargoyles to become her followers, and he went to consult his people.
  • Totomans returned and said that he and half the Gargoyles were willing to follow Fulina.
  • Fulina blessed the Gargoyles with strength, defense, movement, reproduction, and the power to remain undying in the night as long as their energy lasted.

Ch. 349The fall of the Elf Dynasty (End of Volume Four)

The Hasoladi Empire defeated the Elf Dynasty and expanded across nearly all of Feland, but years of war and oppression left the new Human Empire unstable. As Emperor Mikto I neared death, he summoned his son, with the Empire's future in doubt.

  • Fifty thousand Gargoyles followed Fulin to Nolan World, while the remaining Gargoyles stayed behind as Lomanda's Gargoyle Mountain City faded into darkness.
  • Duke Keynes overthrew the Arona Family and founded the Keynes Kingdom, plunging the southern Human lands into chaos.
  • Mikto I's first southern campaign failed, but in 4200 he led the Hasoladi Empire into a prolonged war against the Elf Dynasty.
  • The Dwarf and Lizardfolk forces betrayed the Elf Dynasty during the assault on Proshir, and the Eternal King mortally struck Mikto I before the capital fell.
  • The Hasoladi Empire conquered the Elf lands and gained the submission of surrounding kingdoms, while discontent grew among nobles and commoners.
  • After completing the Empire's conquests, Mikto I collapsed and summoned his son to his sickbed.

Ch. 350Year Nine of the Hasoladi Empire

On his deathbed in Proladi City, Mikto I gave his son Belather Hasoladi instructions for preserving the empire after his death. He left Belather with a plan of religious tolerance and a marriage alliance with Lionheart, warning him to heed the power of the Lord of Judgment.

  • Mikto I lay dying in the imperial palace while Belather Hasoladi knelt beside his bed and ministers and nobles waited outside.
  • Mikto I told Belather to trust his brothers, whom he had given fiefs across the continent.
  • Mikto I instructed Belather to seek the hand of the Lionheart Kingdom's princess, though he did not explain why.
  • Mikto I ordered Belather to allow worship of all gods and faiths, rather than restricting the empire to the God of Death.
  • Mikto I revealed that he sought the Lionheart alliance in part because of the Lord of Judgment and feared the God of Death's madness.
