  • A bloodstained young True King entered the Crystal Emperor’s divine palace, and Duomeng angrily called him a rebel.

Ch. 1065Past glory slipped away like sand

The young True King justified his revolt against Duomeng by recounting his family’s sacrifices and accusing Duomeng of allowing the Endless Planes to remain in chaos. He argued that Duomeng lost his right to rule when he abandoned his followers and returned in disgrace, leaving Duomeng furious and the Crystal Court’s imperial throne contested.

  • The young True King told Duomeng that his family had fought and died for the Crystal Emperor, and that his academy education had not been a free gift.
  • Duomeng argued that past injustices did not justify rebellion and claimed he, too, had struggled to regain authority, while secretly recovering his strength.
  • The young True King accused Duomeng of neglecting the Endless Planes’ decay to keep powerful supporters and vowed to restore order.

  • Lionheart, Yuliel’s son, asked Yisenkeer his name and said he would remember it.
  • Yisenkeer’s companions explained that Lionheart had rejected an Angel Legion and planned to form a Golden Lion Legion with warriors from many races, which Yisenkeer might join.

Ch. 1071The emperor emerged amid boundless clear radiance

The Celestial Emperor Mirror appeared before the armies and claimed that the Mirror Sea’s Ming Laite was the rightful successor to Celestial Emperor Mu, while Supreme Heng Cang argued that Yuliel better matched the Celestial Emperor’s appearance and authority. Ming Laite merged with the mirror, which took on the form of the ancient Celestial Emperor and declared that it would rule the Multiverse anew.

  • A Quasi-Supreme warned Yisenkeer and the Star Saints that they had to survive the coming war before joining the Golden Lion Legion.
  • The Celestial Emperor Mirror emerged before the two armies and demanded that the Holy Court’s former subjects kneel.
