Veronica gazed at Sylvia before her, a barely perceptible gleam flickering through her star-bright eyes.
She knew Sylvia would never say something like that without a reason. In other words, she had probably noticed something.
Veronica quickly sorted through the current situation in her mind.
She guessed Greg had never told Sylvia that he was a reincarnated Heroic Spirit. Otherwise, Sylvia would not still be probing her with such uncertainty.
Then it was probably because Sylvia and Greg attended the same academy. She might have noticed something unusual about him, which was why she was now wary of Veronica, wondering whether she posed a threat to someone Sylvia cared about.
