Greg walked some distance before glancing back and easing his pace a little.
"I haven't caught her eye, have I...?" Greg muttered.
Although exceptional beauty was generally considered a precious treasure by the Dragonfolk, Aurora was still one of the Deans of the Five Academies. Surely she wouldn't set her sights on him.
That was what he hoped, but he knew it wasn't entirely impossible.
He had played the original game, after all, and knew that among the Deans of the Five Academies, Isadora of the Iron Oath Forge-the one who looked the gloomiest-was actually the most normal.
The other four Deans looked fairly normal on the surface, but in reality, they all had something wrong with them to varying degrees.
To keep Aurora from suddenly making a move and abducting him, Greg felt an urgent need for someone to back him up.
And within the Imperial Capital, the person best able to keep Aurora in check was undoubtedly Olivia, the most unhinged woman of them all.
At that thought, he quickened his pace again.
Only after passing through a few groups of people and finally spotting the Glory Kail Academy contingent did his anxious heart settle.
He let out a long breath and strode toward them.
Yet the moment he joined the group, he received an unprecedentedly enthusiastic welcome.
"Greg's here!"
He didn't know who shouted first, but the entire group instantly erupted with excitement.
A crowd of students surged over, surrounding him on all sides.
The boys' eyes shone with admiration, while the girls' eyes gleamed with something even more ardent.
"Greg, your performance at the Exchange Meeting was incredible!"
"Exactly! I read all the theories you presented. Your understanding is truly ahead of its time!"
"You really made Glory Kail proud this time! Thanks to you, I
