Bai Yaoyao led everyone on a rampage through the streets. From the time they left at a little past six that morning until now, a little past eleven, they had collected 216 crystal stones alone and killed countless zombies.

"Yaoyao, there's a warehouse supermarket up ahead!" Keke said excitedly, holding a zombie's head in one hand and its body in the other.

"Let's go, let's go! Free shopping!" Xiaomi rubbed her hands together.

"All right, let's take a look." Although Bai Yaoyao didn't want to take the supplies ordinary people needed to survive, it was still worth going over to collect some nonessential goods.

"Careful. There are people at the second-floor windows," Fat Brother warned.

Bai Yaoyao had spotted them from far away. Many people had woken up that morning to this situation and risked their lives to find supplies before hurrying home to wait for rescue, so she wouldn't attack ordinary people just because she encountered them.

Extending her mental power, Bai Yaoyao clearly sensed the ill intent of the group upstairs. They even had guns.

After she warned everyone, someone upstairs suddenly opened a window and shouted, "Who are you? Don't come any closer! We've claimed this place!"

Then he fired a shot into the open space in front of the entrance.

"Holy shit, this asshole's cocky! Yaoyao, are we taking him out?" Monkey couldn't stand being provoked and immediately lost his temper.

Bai Yaoyao was just about to speak when another shout came from upstairs. "Help! Someone, please help!"

"Shut up, you bitch! Try saying another word! Didn't you get enough just now?"

"Is anyone down there? Please save us!"

The man who had fired the shot grabbed the woman who was speaking and shoved her out the window. She slammed into the ground in front of the supermarket, her head striking the steps. Blood instantly pooled around her. They didn't need to get closer to know she wouldn't survive. Worse still, she wasn't wearing any clothes.

"Oh my, what a temper he has," Lulu said, her voice gentle yet cold. At the same time, she ran a hand over her blade. Bai Yaoyao knew this was the warning sign that Lulu was about to snap.

Master had rescued Lulu from the Red-Light District. Lulu's mother had still been alive then, and normally, the organization wouldn't take in children who still had living relatives. But...

When Lulu's mother heard that rule, she jumped straight from the building, just so Master could take Lulu away. She hadn't wanted her daughter growing up in that sordid environment any longer.

The sight of the man shoving the woman out the window must have brought back some painful memories for Lulu.

"Kill them. Take the supermarket." Bai Yaoyao made her decision immediately.

The instant Bai Yaoyao finished speaking, Lulu raised her hand. A bolt of lightning as thick as a baby's arm struck the man directly on the head. His entire body went numb, and he slumped awkwardly across the window frame, half his body dangling outside.

Bai Yaoyao gave Lulu a thumbs-up and took her hand. Lulu quietly said she was fine.

Monkey and Dada Juan looked at the little stream of water and tiny flame in their hands, then recalled the bolt of lightning Lulu had just unleashed. They were practically drooling with envy.

"Boss, are you okay?"

"Boss? I don't think he can stand up."

"How about we..."

The lackeys who had been standing behind the man moments earlier helpfully grabbed his legs and tossed their boss straight out the window.

In just a few short minutes, the man's life ended in exactly the same way. Looking at his corpse, eyes still wide open, Bai Yaoyao only wanted to say one thing: serves you right!

The lackeys seemed a little smarter than the boss they had thrown downstairs, but not by much.

Without saying anything else to Bai Yaoyao's group, they quickly shut the window and lowered the rolling shutter on the supermarket's ground floor.

Bai Yaoyao wasted no time either. Robbing criminals was her favorite. She pulled an sJ11 Micro Bomb straight out of her space and hurled it.

Once the door was blasted open, everyone charged inside, with Stone and Fat Brother in front and Xiaomi and Monkey bringing up the rear. They kicked open the room's door and rushed in. But they were all used to slaughter, so the sight inside drew little more than clicks of their tongues.

Four women were tied up in the corner. Not only were their bodies covered in wounds, but none of them had enough clothing to cover themselves. It was easy to imagine what they had just endured. They huddled together, sobbing.

The group didn't dwell on them. Keke hooked a foot under a few pieces of clothing on the floor and flicked them over.

Everyone else charged at the lackeys who had thrown their boss to his death. They had been stunned ever since the entrance was blown open. Just who were these people? They could summon lightning and even had bombs. Their boss's hunting gun had only been picked up in the countryside years ago.

When the group rushed in, the lackeys were subdued before they even had time to pull a trigger, and another round of begging began.

"We're not bad people! We were forced into it! The boss was the one who killed everyone!"

"Bullshit! You're all monsters!" a woman in the corner screamed through her tears.

Bai Yaoyao narrowed her eyes. "Too noisy."

Monkey and the others understood instantly and slit their throats without hesitation.

They found a safe in the room. Fat Brother used his Metal Ability to make a key, opened it, and collected the gold bars inside. Then they prepared to leave.

"Wait! Thank you for saving us. Could I trouble you to take me home? My family owns this supermarket. I finished work too late yesterday, so I didn't go home. Then these people suddenly barged in this morning...

"If you can take me home, my dad will reward you generously. We can give you some of the things in this supermarket, too. You can keep those gold bars you just took."

"Please, you're good people! Take us home. There are zombies everywhere outside. It's terrifying..."

Only then did Bai Yaoyao turn to look at the women in the corner. The first speaker looked relatively composed, but her words weren't endearing. The second had pulled her neckline as low as it could go and was gazing tearfully at Stone.

The other two, who hadn't spoken, quickly dressed and retreated to the farthest corner. They watched Bai Yaoyao and the others warily, showing no intention of speaking or asking for help.

Bai Yaoyao smiled and replied, "You're welcome."

"Then could you..."

"No. We aren't here to save anyone. We're here to kill people. Do you still need help?" Bai Yaoyao fluttered her big eyes, speaking the cruelest words in the gentlest voice. Combined with the group's intimidating presence, it kept the two women from saying anything else.

Once they left the room, everyone quickly gathered useful supplies. Since this was a warehouse supermarket, there was an enormous selection.

"Go pick whatever you want. Meet at the entrance in ten minutes."

Bai Yaoyao didn't take any instant meals, but collected half the rice, flour, oil, and similar staples.

She broke open the cold-storage door and took all the frozen food. As for the clothing, home goods, tobacco and alcohol, supplements, and cosmetics sections, she cleared them out completely.

Returning to the entrance, she stored everything the others had chosen. Without wasting any more time, they quickly left.

It wasn't as though Bai Yaoyao hadn't noticed the many people nearby watching them. They were all hoping to come scavenge whatever remained after her group left.

Bai Yaoyao had no intention of hiding her Spatial Ability. Anyone who thought they could rob her was welcome to try. With overwhelming strength, there was no need to worry about such details. The only thing that mattered was gathering crystal cores and leveling up as quickly as possible.
