As Kou Island’s officials prepared to execute Little White Tiger, Ji Min gathered Dragon Kingdom outlaws to plan a rescue, and the meeting ended with the arrival of someone Overlord and the others recognized.

• Thirteen brought armed Pao Ge Society men ashore, killed two Viper Group bosses and their henchmen, and ordered the harbor staff killed to conceal the landing.
• The white-clad priest learned that Dragon Kingdom bandits had entered Capital City and planned to defend Little White Tiger’s execution with the Coast Guard, garrison, police, and Amaterasu Sect’s Ninja Corps.
• Big Boss warned that the bandits would raid the execution ground and advised the officials to assemble a much larger force.

Overlord ordered his sworn sons to retreat to the Dragon Kingdom and opened a path through the wall, leaving the brothers to flee as he prepared to fight.

• Captain Zhou refused Private Li Xiaoshan’s request to go ashore, moved the fleet closer to Kou Island, and sent Ji Min a warning that reinforcements would arrive within an hour.
• Xiao Yuan warned Overlord that reinforcements were coming, but Mitsui and the white-robed priest summoned the Red Dragon Society to seal the execution ground’s gates.
