Once Qin Luo finished eating, he went on patrol.
Xu Duoduo followed him without being asked.
The human and zombie made a circuit, collecting over a dozen Mutant Animals, including squirrels and deer.
Those mutant deer were truly hideous.
Their teeth jutted out like buckteeth, their faces were grotesque, and their fur had grown wildly all over their bodies.
Qin Luo turned to look at Xu Duoduo and found her crouching beside a mutant deer, poking its fur with a stick. She was actually checking how thick its coat was.
Shishi was weighing whether to put this ugly thing into her space.
Qin Luo found her unbearably cute.
"Xu Duoduo, if you think it's ugly, just toss it into Headquarters' Space Card."
Big Dog offered her a suggestion.
Sure enough, Xu Duoduo stopped agonizing over it. She quickly dug out its Mutant Core, then tossed it into the Space Card. Gluttonous Beast had already said he wouldn't be checking the space all the time.
Besides, they were too far away.
Gluttonous Beast couldn't sense exactly which direction they were in. He could normally tell where his own subspaces were, but they were now out of range, so he couldn't inspect the items inside either.
They had no idea whether Headquarters had realized something had happened
