"Corruption?" Alice tilted its head curiously at Xu Ye's words.
Xu Ye said gravely, "I've gained the ability to spread an Aberrant's corruption."
Alice and the Bandit Lord both fell silent.
This was horrifying. If Xu Ye truly possessed that ability, wouldn't he be able to control multiple Aberrants and keep spreading their corruption?
Xu Ye calmly analyzed the situation. "Leaving this Tier 3 Aberrant's other abilities aside, her method of corrupting people is to make them eat the food she cooks and experience her so-called motherly love."
"Those she corrupts will also be under my control. Even after they become Aberrants, as long as I still have this Aberrant's skin, every Aberrant infected by her will obey my commands."
"If I wanted to, I could soon build an entire kingdom of Aberrants."
It was an extremely terrifying ability. For a moment, even Xu Ye felt afraid. What exactly did his power represent?

"Maybe this is a new form of evolution? If-and I mean if-someone could retain their own consciousness after being infected, wouldn't that suggest humans are undergoing another round of evolution to adapt to Heavenly Dao Distortion?"
Alice murmured, "The Aberrants we have now are just failed products of evolution. Maybe the Heavenly Dao wants you to do this."

Xu Ye sighed, rubbed his brow, and put away the Aberrant's skin.
He now had four skins in total.
Wang Han's on his face, Zhang Qing's on Alice, an ordinary human skin he
