"Someone came by and stayed outside the Building Area for a while?"
Ye Fei brought the little ones of various sizes home. Watching the two leaves that flew out of the Phoenix Tree sway, he understood what they were trying to convey.
"!"
The Flame Tree Leaf swayed against Ye Fei's hand, then suddenly burst into sparks. Gathering into a fireball again, it quivered and formed a face that was not particularly clear, but was still barely recognizable.
"Yang Cheng? What did the other one look like?"
Looking at the rough outline of the face, Ye Fei confirmed that one of them was Yang Cheng.
But if Yang Cheng needed something from him, he could have just sent a message.
Since he had brought someone over without sending a message, the issue probably lay with the other person.
"Lin Mu?"
Watching it turn back into a fireball and form another face, Ye Fei studied it carefully before confirming that it really was his roommate of over three years.
"Chirp?"
Little Phoenix had shared the Phoenix Tree's information about today, but still could not quite understand some of what those two had said.
That member of the Demon Clan seemed very afraid of Phoenix Perch, and did not know anything about their human, either. Otherwise, he would not have been frightened into hurrying away after watching for a while.
"Was there something else going on?"
Once again, Ye Fei struggled with his inability to understand. Little Phoenix was clearly trying to convey something...
"It's fine, it's fine. I'll guess. Just let me know when I get it right."
Leaning against the tree, Ye Fei let the little dumplings go off and play while he slowly talked things through with Little Phoenix and the Phoenix Tree.
