When other players were around, Feimeng mostly spoke in the normal language of a pet's species, to keep anyone from discovering that Feimeng had once been a Beast Race Player.

Ye Fei stopped paying attention to that person and turned to beckon Big Dog over.
Watching Eclipse Moon happily run over and lie down, resting that big head against his knee, he smiled and stroked the fur of Big Dog, who always seized any chance to get close to him.
"You'll be able to eat soon. Don't rush. Have some fruit first."
Ye Fei turned the meat roasting over the stove and took out a few Red-Scaled Fruits, squeezing them into chunks in his hand to feed the little ones gathered around him.
He actually wanted to make some other dishes too, but this makeshift stove was only so big. He couldn't make much of a feast with it.
"Your husky is actually so well-behaved..."
Xu Ming moved a little closer and sat where the flames in the stove could light him.
Seeing such a huge husky behaving so sweetly and sensibly in front of this man struck him as rather absurd.
Still, looking at this arrangement of a red fox, a white fox, a white tiger, a colorful deer, and what seemed to be a firebird all being raised together, an obedient husky no longer seemed like such a big deal.

Ye Fei patted Eclipse Moon's big head. Seeing Big Dog look up with a slightly goofy grin, he smiled too.
