To enter the space where the M'Kraan Crystal was located, he naturally couldn't charge in recklessly like the decoy and Odin. That would be far too barbaric!

Mainly because Su Ming didn't know the Crystal's exact location.

Odin was old. To be honest, he was probably no match for Gladiator now. Him running around everywhere was only causing trouble.

The M'Kraan Crystal was the witness required for Shi'ar royal weddings. Just as humans held ceremonies when they married, the Shi'ar favored swearing before the Crystal to possess everything the other person had.

If they damaged their "Royal Wedding Hall," it would probably be bad for diplomacy. Not to mention that Black Hand had apparently contacted the Crystal and successfully made a wish, making his crimes all the worse.

After all, even making a wish upon the Crystal was a privilege reserved for the Shi'ar Emperor. No one else was allowed to touch the thing.

Fortunately, Su Ming knew a more civilized method: have Lilandra point out where the Crystal was hidden, then go in and find the person himself.

Perhaps having sensed the Flying Boat's Warp Fluctuation, a blue comet flew over from afar and hovered beside it. Looking through the glow, Su Ming saw Gladiator's puzzled expression.

"Hi, Kallark. We meet again."
