Darkseid stood with his hands behind his back, his enlarged body as towering as a mountain range. The already massive Ion looked like a dying tuna tangled with an octopus in his hand, utterly pitiful.
But Ion was no longer useful to Darkseid. It was merely bait, and bait that had already lost its effect.
So he casually tossed aside the Lantern Beast, smashing the Little Blue Men's tower with perfect accuracy.
"Slade, I have become the embodiment of Anti-Life. Soon, endless Earths will burn in raging flames. I am the Sigma within Hypertime, and the Omega destined for all."
The Dark Tyrant fired eye beams once more, driving back Sinestro as he lunged in. The red-faced man did not hesitate to use Parallax as a shield against the attack.
The yellow Lantern Beast let out a scream. Its dragon-and-serpent-like energy body curled up in agony, while the wounded area seemed to have been corrupted, quickly blackening and shattering apart.
"Honestly, if you wanted to destroy the DC Universe ten billion years from now, I wouldn't have any objections. But not now. Your plan conflicts with mine." As Su Ming replied, he made tactical hand signals toward Diana and the others. "Let me guess, you still haven't gotten Eternia's Power of Grayskull either, have you?"
"You know about the Power of Grayskull too?" Darkseid remained expressionless, though a faint note of irritation entered his voice. He soon dismissed it. "That is not important."
"Heh heh, Uncle Darkseid, we're enemies now." Su Ming put away his weapons, clenched his fists, and unleashed a Ten Power Rings Combined Beam, though his words remained friendly. "Do you think I'd believe that? The more you say it isn't important, the more important it is. Once I deal with this avatar of yours today, I'll
