Su Ming had probably figured out the Hand of the Void's way of thinking.
If anyone expected him to show any creative spirit, they were out of luck. He had no interest whatsoever in creating stories. His malice only drove him to reduce everything he hated to nothingness—to completely destroy the DC Universe.
The situation now was that he had seen Deathstroke playing games on two Earths inhabited by monsters, so he wanted to play too. And he wanted to prove, right in front of Deathstroke, that he could play better.
To prove that he was right, including all his views about the DC Universe.
If Su Ming had not brought Dream of a Thousand Cats along, the Hand of the Void would probably have tried some other tricks, such as altering Deathstroke's characterization and making him experience the miserable life of an ordinary person in the apocalypse.
But Su Ming had long been on guard against that. With Dream of a Thousand Cats present, there was no way he could successfully alter Deathstroke's character or abilities. Besides, Strangle came from Marvel; he would not be influenced by some DC hater.
And it was not as though he did not understand Deathstroke well enough. Dog-Headed Humanoids and Tiger-Headed Humanoids like these on the streets were completely unsuitable as Background Characters.
If he had been smart, he might have designed all the pedestrians as beautiful elf girls or Cat-Eared Lolis. Maybe Deadpool would have fallen for it, fighting the monsters hand-to-hand in an attempt to save them. After all, he had absolutely no resistance to cute members of the opposite sex.
