Celestial Destroyer's face was hidden from view. Was he looking at these creations from ages past?
Su Ming only saw more and more Energy Thieves emerging from the blue-glowing hole. After making a little room for one another, they raised their faces and looked at the pristine white cloud layer overhead.
The clouds resembled cotton, and faint traces of light could be seen above them. That was the grille on the Celestial's face—his facial features.
The two sides seemed to be staring at each other, perhaps communicating silently. But this method of communication was beyond human comprehension. Maybe it was some kind of light signal? Or changes in the atmosphere?
It was rather ironic. The Dark Celestials had betrayed the First Firmament in their pursuit of freedom, yet they treated the Exterminators with the same kind of enslavement.
The Exterminators had learned to skim benefits from their work, which meant they had awakened self-awareness long ago. Ordinary robots did not know how to line their pockets.
Yet even so, they apparently had shown no intention of rebelling in the past. Until today.
"Celestial, are they still obedient?"
Su Ming had no interest in watching a pantomime here. He stubbed out his cigarette and pocketed it, directly asking whether they needed a little motivation.
