A gentle breeze swept over the hills, carrying the scent of plants and yellow earth, along with the unavoidable salty tang of the sea. This unpolluted Gotham City was still just a town, and it looked exceptionally peaceful and beautiful.
"Can't fix it. Take it back." Batwoman tossed the belt in her hand back to Deadpool. Her expression remained blank, but her gaze drifted toward the sea, as if she were admiring something no one else could see.
"That's normal. It looks simple, but it's still got some technical content. It is 31st Century high-tech, after all. We're working with a thousand-year gap in foundational knowledge."
Wade consoled Batwoman instead, though his hand conveniently reached over to cop a feel of her ass. A lecherous expression appeared beneath his mask. Before Diana could speak up to stop him, he withdrew his hand on his own and turned toward an empty patch of air, grinning.
"Guys, you saw it too. The three of us are trapped in 19th Century Gotham now. I just proved that Batwoman's ass can be touched—she isn't Tiger. Send some gifts my way! Three or five bucks is fine, free glow sticks are nice too. Those with money, show some financial support; those without, show moral support. Brother Wade will take everyone to do even more great stuff next, like taking a wild dump on the original site of Wayne Manor."
Wayne Manor was located in the northern suburbs of Gotham City, but that was the future Gotham City. Right now, its future location was still a hillside twenty kilometers north of town. There was nothing in those barren mountains except an underground cave full of bats.
