Deadpool was clowning around at the cave entrance, while Batwoman inside the cave was having a one-eyed staring contest with Deathstroke.

The communication link was open, but Batwoman did not want to ask first. She merely watched the other man in the projection, waiting for him to speak.

Fortunately, Diana quickly shook off Disgust's effects. She leaned toward the projection, looked at the man dressed as a Cowboy on the other side, and tilted her head helplessly.

"Slade, Bruce, can you two stop being so childish? What are you doing? Playing a game where the first one to blink loses?"

She felt a little weary. In the past, Batwoman and Superman often had similar moments. Simply put, Superman wanted to talk, but Batwoman did not. One chased while the other avoided him, and Diana had to step in as the mediator.

There was a reason the Justice League had The Trinity. In some ways, Superman and Batwoman did not get along very well.

But Deathstroke should not have had that problem. He and Batwoman were both dark enough.
