After stepping back from the microphone, Diana returned to her own group. Rubbing her temples, she asked J'onn beside her somewhat blankly:
"Martian Manhunter, what do you think about this?"
Her voice was so soft that amid the clamor, one might not even notice she was speaking without listening carefully.
"My thoughts?"
The green-skinned alien had Super Hearing as well. He raised a hand to stroke his chin and replied calmly:
"My view is that it doesn't really matter. Our Multiverse is still here, and there have been no obvious signs of deterioration. So does it matter whether we live under Hypertime or the Omniverse?"
J'onn's view represented that of most of those present.
With his Psionic Power, he could distinguish everyone's thoughts on the matter amid the chaotic background noise. A large portion of the Superheroes present simply did not care.
The Multiverse had not changed. Their own Single Universes had not changed. They had lost none of what they possessed before, and might even gain new things in the future.
Wasn't that a good thing?
What was this new grand system called? Earth-0's Wonder Woman said it was called the Megaverse? Whatever. They had never known what existed beyond the Multiverse anyway. They did not know it, so if it had changed, it had changed. At least now they knew a new term.
"I don't really care either." Barry moved over as well. His face was a little pale, and no one knew what he had gotten up to at home last night. "My Central City is the same as before. The sun is the same as before. The house Deathstroke gave me is perfectly fine. My wives are preparing for the wedding, and life has to go on."
