Su Ming helped Carol confront the Kree and the Brood, then reached out to Odin and the Sovereign to learn about the threat beyond the Milky Way. Meanwhile, Steve and Bucky investigated a sniper attack and encountered Hulk at Fort McNair, where Deathstroke subdued him and recovered Banner.

• Deathstroke joined Carol and Fury, helped the Quinjet land at Carol’s childhood home, and learned that Mary was Carol’s mother, not his former partner, and Mary revived Joseph with Su Ming’s help.
• Deathstroke killed the Kree Purifier who attacked Mary’s family, discovered her X-Gene, and confronted Minn-Erva’s hidden squad, and Mary transformed and defeated the Kree Warriors.
• Carol revealed that the Brood had infected half a Skrull fleet, and Su Ming sent the captured Kree toward Hala before joining Carol, Mary, and Joseph against the Brood.
• Su Ming woke Odin and used Yggdrasil to contact Agatha, who reported that four trillion Brood had passed through Andromeda, and Odin proposed sending Thor and Loki to Earth for training.
• A sniper narrowly missed Pym and Janet, and Natasha later joined Fury’s plan to return to Triskelion while he investigated Coulson’s kidnapping and plotted against the new director.
• Tony visited Banner’s Gamma Ray laboratory, warned him about the danger of his experiment, and offered him a job, but Banner rejected the offer and continued his research.
• When an explosion at McNair Military Academy released Hulk, Steve and Bucky fought to protect people while Pym and Janet tried to contain the Gamma Radiation, and Ross and Tony arrived as Hulk attacked the soldiers.
• As Steve kept Hulk occupied, Pym prepared an Inert Blocker, Bucky found anesthetic, and Tony prepared a rocket, and Su Ming knocked Hulk unconscious, and Strangle retrieved Banner before Tony arrived to protect him.

As alien forces converged on Earth, Su Ming and the Avengers confronted the Brood and Galactus’s Herald while preparing to divert Galactus from Earth. Su Ming became Galactus’s assistant and redirected him toward Skrullos, while Carol and Black Bolt continued fighting the Fallen One.

• Tony and Steve discussed helping Banner and Betty escape, while Deathstroke disguised the couple and led them away with Hank and Janet.
• Su Ming warned Steve that Galactus’s advance agents were heading toward Earth, and Steve took Banner and the others toward Cape Canaveral to scan Andromeda.
• Fury rescued Coulson from the Skrull outpost, while Su Ming moved Mary and Joseph to the Antarctic Sanctum and took Carol to Attilan.
• After Maximus’s actions led to the deaths of Attilan’s council, Deathstroke persuaded Black Bolt to join the fight and take a ship toward Andromeda.
• Natasha, Steve, Bucky, Hank, and Janet formed the Avengers and entered Cape Canaveral to find Red Skull’s forces.
• Su Ming disabled a Skrull mothership and drew the Brood toward its fleet, then worked with Umar to trap the swarm in the Dark Dimension.
• Su Ming used a bomb to destroy the Brood fleet and its planetary system, then sent Carol, Black Bolt, and Lockjaw to fight the Fallen One.
• Su Ming boarded Taa II, redirected Galactus from Earth to Skrullos, and became his assistant, while Carol and Black Bolt continued battling the Fallen One.

Su Ming dealt with Galactus, the Kree and Skrull conflict, and Circe’s threat to Earth while gathering allies and searching for a way to oppose Perpetua. In the Spectre Sector, Darkseid regained his power and activated Sepulk’s network, but Cyborg struggled to control its energy.

• Su Ming fed Galactus four meatballs made from the Skrull Homeworld, and Galactus absorbed the energy of the Skrulls’ tormented souls before departing after Su Ming promised to find him another planet within thirty years.
• The Skrull Queen ordered her surviving fleet to withdraw and sought an alliance with the Shi’ar, while the Supreme Intelligence restarted the Eradicators project and Kree forces attacked Skrull territory.
• Steve and his allies fought Red Skull as Hulk rampaged, and Janet helped send a nuclear missile into the sea before Fury took Bucky and negotiated with General Ross over Hulk and Red Skull’s corpse.
• Deathstroke and his allies killed The Fallen One, and Carol absorbed his Cosmic Energy and gained Binary Form before returning to Earth with Deathstroke and Black Bolt.
• Su Ming learned that Circe had enchanted Luthor’s supplies to amplify people’s desires, retrieved Diana and Bobo from Maia, and decided to use Apokolips technology against the magical threat.
• Darkseid explained that Perpetua’s destruction of Apokolips and New Genesis had driven him to build Sepulk, then gathered the Anti-Mother Boxes with Cyborg, Starfire, Deathstroke, and their allies.
• Darkseid activated Sepulk’s network to seal the Spectre Sector from time and space, while Jessica, Starfire, Deathstroke, and Cyborg secretly agreed to take the technology from him.
• Darkseid showed Cyborg how to connect his Mother Box to the network, but Cyborg could not process its energy peaks and his Mother Box began to lose control.

Darkseid sealed off the Spectre Sector and remade Cyborg, Starfire, and Deathstroke as New Gods, while Jessica Cruz died resisting him. Su Ming gathered a team, killed Cyborg, and captured Starfire, leaving Darkseid to respond to the loss of two of his followers.

• Darkseid transformed Cyborg, Deathstroke, and Starfire into New Gods and killed Jessica Cruz after she refused to serve him.
• Su Ming’s group met Dex-Starr and Orion at a station near the sealed Spectre Sector, where a machine retrieved Jessica’s charred body and an Eskaton.
• Su Ming agreed to fight Darkseid after Barry asked him to avenge Jessica, and he investigated the New Gods’ powers before preparing to enter the Spectre Universe.
• Su Ming led the Justice League into the Spectre Universe, where Harley crash-landed their ship on Genesis Planet and Su Ming explained the concepts embodied by Darkseid’s New Gods.
• Su Ming’s team infected a Mantis Person’s network terminal with Brainiac’s program, drawing Cyborg to the site, where Diana beheaded him.
• Su Ming brought Cyborg’s head to Starfire’s battlefield and offered it to Carrion Eater in exchange for help against Starfire.
• Deathstroke attacked Starfire while Carrion Eater fought Tarsol, and Diana bound the unconscious Starfire before the group fled with her.
• Deathstroke said the team would wait to see how Darkseid responded, after checking Starfire for a tracker or self-destruct device.
