Constantine and Zatanna entered Rot Country to find Abby, while Su Ming and their allies fought Anton Arcane and the forces of The Black. After the crisis, Su Ming investigated threats around the Hall of Justice, Lex reunited with Joker, and Su Ming set out with Barry to confront Black Flash.

• Constantine took Zatanna to Leighton Juvenile Detention Center and used its ghosts and corpses to open a passage into Rot Country.
• Constantine entered Abby Arcane’s dreams, where Abby relived her history with Alec Holland and nearly drowned in a nightmare before choosing to wake and carry on Alec’s final wish.
• Anton Arcane attacked the group in Rot Country, but Queen of May’s vines carried Abby, Su Ming, and the others into the Main Dimension, where the vines drained Anton until he vanished.
• Su Ming sent Diana, Zatanna, and Abby toward the Hall of Justice, while he followed Queen of May and Deathstroke took Harley and Bobo to Orpheus I to plan for further threats.
• Mercy discovered Lex alive in her apartment, and Lex recruited her to monitor a multiversal device while he sought a way to eliminate The Batman Who Laughs.
• Joker arrived at Lex’s hideout and proposed they join forces against The Batman Who Laughs, while another Joker emerged from a tumor in an Arkham patient and escaped the asylum.
• Su Ming learned that Batwoman had secretly imprisoned Commissioner Gordon and that Thomas Wayne had been killed at Arkham, then took Diana to Sepulk for treatment after discovering her witchcraft energy was returning.
• Su Ming told Barry that Black Flash threatened him and entered a Future Timeline with him as Black Flash pursued them.

Su Ming gathered allies, recruited the Legends, and intervened in a frozen Gotham, where he helped restore the city and sent Jack and Dr. Quinzel toward Earth-0. He then found Jean-Paul and learned how the Priest manipulated Gotham’s history to turn him and the Paladins against Bruce Wayne.

• Su Ming took Barry and Deathstroke to Earth-15, where Superboy-Prime agreed to help him save the Multiverse.
• Su Ming and Barry investigated The Batman Who Laughs’s plans, then recruited Bliss and the Legends of Tomorrow and used the Waverider to travel to Gotham.
• Su Ming’s team helped Jack and Batwoman confront the Female Joker, rescued Gotham’s teams from the villains, and reversed the cannon freezing the city.
• An owl-masked assassin killed the Female Joker and threw the Mad Hatter from the cannon platform before escaping.
• Su Ming won Gordon’s trust, reunited Jack with Dr. Quinzel, and persuaded Jack to consider traveling to Earth-0 with Batwoman.
• Batwoman read Alfred’s letter and considered trusting others, while Su Ming located Jean-Paul and decided to stop him before he became a killer.
• The Priest told Jean-Paul that he was the last of the Van Ray family and twisted Gotham’s history into a call to kill Bruce Wayne.
• Jean-Paul and the Paladins armed themselves against Bruce, but God on the cross told the Priest that he had never ordered them to act.

Su Ming pursued the Silver Bullet and Genesis, striking bargains with immortal angels and the Saint Killer along the way. He ended the arc at Jesse’s church, where Jesse agreed to surrender Genesis for five million dollars, and Su Ming planned to use it to find God.

• Su Ming concealed the church massacre, then left for the CW Multiverse in search of the Silver Bullet while Luthor took Gordon’s blood to study the Batman Who Laughs Virus.
• Zatanna entered a deal with the Upside-Down Man to learn about her father, but Constantine rescued her from its manipulations and brought her back to Justice League Dark headquarters.
• Batwoman investigated The Batman Who Laughs while Joker recruited Mercenary to deliver invitations to a party at the Red Pool.
• Su Ming and his crew stole the bodies of two angels, then used the Cookie Box to force Little Skinny to guide them to the Underworld.
• Su Ming entered the Killer Saint’s Western nightmare, outshot him in a duel, and offered to help him kill God and restore his family in exchange for his aid.
• Su Ming and the angels returned to Jesse’s church, where Jesse agreed to give up Genesis after learning it was a dangerous weapon and receiving a promise of five million dollars.
• Little Skinny prepared the Cookie Box to extract Genesis while Su Ming and Cassidy stood watch, and Su Ming planned to use Genesis to find God.

Su Ming’s group uncovered the Joker’s plan in Gotham, defeated the villains at his gathering, and followed a new threat into the Dreaming. The arc left Batwoman and Diana entering the mirror world on Earth-3 while Su Ming’s forces attacked the Faceless Men.

• Deathstroke led his group to kill God’s son and then God, while Saint Killer avenged his family and the angels agreed to help stop the destruction of the world.
• Damian learned of a Joker-themed gathering in Gotham’s sewers, and Su Ming joined him to investigate with Harley, Bobo, and Superboy-Prime.
• Su Ming used Strangle to discover that Jason had entered the sewers to rescue Duela Dent, and the group continued toward the Joker’s gathering.
• The Joker revealed his plan aboard a yacht over a red pool, but Superboy-Prime and Deathstroke attacked, defeated the assembled villains, and took Joker into custody.
• Su Ming sent James Gordon Jr. and Lady Shiva to find Duela, then traveled with Harley and Bobo to the Dreaming to investigate the Joker Virus’s connection to the multiverse.
• Su Ming’s group found that Faceless Men were displacing Dreaming residents and murdering storybook characters, and Lucien agreed to search for missing heroes while Su Ming prepared to fight them.
• Su Ming sent the Orange Lantern Corps and Strangle to destroy the Faceless Men village, while Batwoman led Diana through a hidden entrance beneath the Hero Cemetery on Earth-3.
