The group reached Tartarus and restrained the Spectre, while Corrigan refused to cooperate and Luthor began pursuing Tenth Metal for his Serum.

• Diana saw the records of the worlds destroyed by The Batman Who Laughs and agreed to help Batman and Owlman hunt him, while Deathstroke lured the Faceless Men into a deal that sent them to Hell.
• Deathstroke freed Gordon and Donna from infected dreams, and Donna accepted a new body before agreeing to help him confront the remaining threats.
• Deathstroke learned that Supergirl’s body was being purified in the sun and gathered Raven, Donna, Harley, and Bobo to hunt the Upside-Down Man, but the group diverted to defend Atlantis from magical beasts.
• Deathstroke led the group through the beasts’ tunnel toward Tartarus, where he used Donna’s disguise to redirect their attacks and identified the Spectre’s vengeance as their source.
• Deathstroke defeated Scylla, then restrained the Spectre with Donna’s Lasso of Persuasion and had the group lend their willpower to question him.
• Harley claimed the Spectre’s visions had revealed Detective Corrigan’s location, and Deathstroke followed her lead toward him.

Su Ming and his allies weakened The Spectre, pursued the Upside-Down Man, and uncovered The Batman Who Laughs’s Crisis Energy plan. Deathstroke’s team trapped the Upside-Down Man in The Totality, while Roy set out to help free Wally before his temporary resurrection ended.

• Su Ming’s group reached Corrigan in the Titans’ Abyss, and Su Ming condemned The Spectre for turning revenge into genocide before Deadpool’s singing broke the spirit’s resolve.
• The Voice of God offered Su Ming information in exchange for a deal, while Barry found Wally in Blackgate and learned that Wally wanted to use himself as bait for the Speed Force shadow.
• Su Ming revived Roy temporarily and brought him to the Justice League, where Roy reunited with Oliver and Diana apologized for the heroes who had died at Sanctuary.
• Su Ming explained that The Batman Who Laughs had gathered Crisis Energy to destabilize the multiverse, while Deathstroke revealed that he had occupied Sepulk and taken steps to prevent other crises.
• Su Ming assembled a plan to lure the Upside-Down Man from the void, and Superboy-Prime returned with Donna and Raven and helped place golden Nth Metal atop the Rock of Eternity.
• The Upside-Down Man emerged and fought Deathstroke’s group, but Superboy-Prime overwhelmed its It-Things as Deathstroke negotiated with Lex Luthor for help.
• Deathstroke’s team exposed the Upside-Down Man’s decoys and desperation, then Queen of May used The Green to trap it and close its escape routes.

After defeating The Batman Who Laughs, Su Ming found himself drawn into a new crisis when an alien named Ord attacked nuclear facilities and stirred up international tensions. As governments turned against Mutants and war loomed, Su Ming headed to Hongyanhe to stop Ord.

• Batwoman and her companions completed their mission in the Dark Multiverse, while King Robin attacked Damian and the young heroes before Deathstroke’s group arrived and killed him.
• Deathstroke and Lucifer defeated The Batman Who Laughs, and Deathstroke helped Saint Killer seek Death’s aid to revive his family before Su Ming returned to his other affairs.
• Su Ming learned about a nuclear explosion in Japan and sent Deadpool to investigate, then traced the attack to an alien who had approached a nuclear plant.
• Daisy found an abandoned spaceship, and Su Ming’s group discovered that the dead female Alien had died from an Earth virus and that her husband had come to destroy Earth after a prophecy about the Broken Land.
• Steve and the Avengers debated how to respond to the Japanese explosion, then Coulson reported a second blast at Chernobyl and warned that Russia was preparing for war with the United States.
• Su Ming and Zheng Xian concluded that Ord was targeting nuclear facilities to provoke conflict, so Zheng Xian protected China’s nuclear sites while Su Ming warned against falling for a trap.
• As officials blamed the United States and Mutants for the attacks, Magneto sought help through Wanda, while Zheng Xian told Su Ming that Ord had been cornered at Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant.
• Su Ming departed for Hongyanhe with Deadpool and Daisy to stop Ord before he could attack again.
