After making their choices, the two teams went their separate ways.
Qiu Chengye and Liu Woxing took a car to the pier, while Xie Mi and Shen Yeqing headed to a bustling alley in town.
There seemed to be a school nearby. Most of the people coming and going were students, though there were plenty of young couples too.
The alley buzzed with everyday life, its dazzling array of food shops and little boutiques leaving them spoiled for choice.
"It's pretty crowded here, so you two might need a little disguise."
The PD handed them hats and sunglasses.
Xie Mi obediently put hers on, then turned to see Shen Yeqing equally ready to go.
He wore a casual black hoodie, his shoulders broad and his neck long. Rather than hiding his exceptionally handsome face, the sunglasses only made him look even more like he was showing off.
"I don't think this will work."
Xie Mi made an executive decision and pulled her ultimate disguise accessory out of her backpack. "Wear these instead."
Five minutes later, chaos broke out in the alley.
Passersby who had been leisurely shopping scattered, shouting, "Robbers!" "Terrorist attack!" and "Run!"
Standing at the entrance to the alley in a black facekini that exposed only her eyes and mouth, Xie Mi rubbed her chin in contemplation.
She turned and exchanged a look with Shen Yeqing, who was wearing an identical facekini.
"Huh... That shouldn't have happened."
