This was about all Black Emperor was useful for. Rather than let him run around swindling people, it was better to put him to work sooner.
That would count as a good deed for Big Dipper's society and its people.
"All right!" At those words, Black Emperor was no longer sleepy. He had always cared deeply about matters concerning Great Emperor Wushi's legacy.
