After leaving Dragon Island, Luo Yue set a goal of reaching Quasi-Emperor within two hundred years and visited the Jiang Family's Scripture Pavilion to study its vast collection. There, she met its mysterious elderly caretaker, who explained the library rules and introduced fee-based Enlightenment Chambers, leaving her suspicious that he wanted her Source.
Luo Yue learned that the Jiang Family’s scripture hall used an Enlightenment Ancient Tree shoot to power its cultivation rooms and agreed to pay for a Heaven-Tier room. She entered the hall to test the room’s benefits, while the mysterious old caretaker revealed its convenient scripture-delivery system.
Luo Yue rented a Heaven-Rank Enlightenment Room in the Jiang Family's Scripture Repository Hall and used its Emperor Formation and Enlightenment Tree branch to deduce Taihuang's fragmentary killing art. She began forging a killing art of her own from imperial dragon qi as the hall guardian secretly strengthened the Dao resonance.
After three months in the Heaven-Rank Enlightenment Room, Luo Yue reached the Other Shore Stage and created two imperial arts, then tested her new strength against Luo Qingluan. When a powerful presence from the Cold Pool invited her in, Luo Yue entered its depths.
Luo Yue descended into Cangming Divine Island’s Cold Pool and discovered the Cangming Divine King Inscription, which taught the Cangming Divine Art for cultivating the primordial spirit. After enduring its shadowy sea trial and comprehending its method, she emerged with a stronger spiritual perception.
After emerging from the Nether Flood Dragon's Cold Pool with her divine sense greatly strengthened, Luo Yue returned to the Jiang Family's Scripture Repository Hall to begin absorbing its vast collection of knowledge. She planned to use the Yellow River Chart and Lo Shu to build a mental treasury of scriptures, starting with formations and Dao patterns.
Luo Yue nearly overwhelmed her primordial spirit while absorbing the Jiang Family’s accumulated knowledge, then learned to study more carefully. After seven years of seclusion, she remained hidden from most of the clan while Luo Qingluan and Yao Li opened a successful Stone Gambling House.
After seven years of rapid cultivation, Luo Yue decided to leave Cangming Divine Island to clear her mind and replenish her empty stores of Source. Before departing, she encountered Jiang Yifei and Jiang Yichen, and Little Ming and Luo Yue attacked them.
Luo Yue decisively defeated the young Jiang Yifei in a fight before leaving for Cangming Divine Island to bid farewell to the senior Nether Flood Dragon. Jiang Yifei vowed to remember her, and news of his defeat spread among the Jiang Family's younger generation.
Luo Yue left the Jiang Family and traveled through the Northern Region, where the extreme cold transformed her Cold River Reflecting the Moon vision into a second vision, the Divine King's Pure Land. She continued southward after destroying bandit dens and finding a mysterious bone fragment with an incomplete map.
Luo Yue arrived in Blackrock City and reunited with Luo Qingluan and Fairy Yao Li, whose stone gambling business was struggling under pressure from the Li Family. After hearing how the Li Family had disrupted their source mine, Luo Yue agreed to inspect it first.
At the Yao Family’s Source mine, Luo Yue used her Qi-Seeking Art to locate several bands of roaming bandits, then examined the surrounding terrain with her Dragon-Seeking Source Arts. She discovered a concealed Source-Gathering Eye beneath the mountains that contained a faint dragon-shaped pattern, suggesting the site formed a Dragon Source Spring.
Luo Yue discovered a Dragon Qi Spring deep underground and killed the Blood Dragon Ghost Corpse guarding it with help from Little Ming. She then noticed a powerful treasure at the bottom of the spring and sent Little Ming to retrieve it.
Luo Yue recovered a piece of dragon-patterned black gold and collected much of the purified Dragon Source Spring before returning to the surface. There, Elder Qin reported that the Yao Family had destroyed the bandits’ strongholds, though their Dragon Transformation Realm chief escaped.
Luo Yue went to the Li Family Stone Gambling House to win enough resources to pursue refining her dragon-patterned gold, and her astonishing Source Arts revealed that she was the long-missing Source God. The crowd believed she had died seven years earlier, leaving Luo Yue bewildered and annoyed at Luo Qingluan.
Luo Yue exposed the Li Family's Stone Gambling House by profiting from every stone she selected, then used the Jiang Family Sacred Lord's token to back Fairy Yao Li and warn Li Mao. After claiming a share in Yao Li's business and a nearby source mine, she left for Cang Province to reach the Super Domain Gate to the Southern Region.
Luo Yue rode Little Ming across the Northern Region, fought off bandits, and reached Cang Province City to arrange passage to the Southern Region. After booking a transfer through Starfall Pavilion, she asked whether it had anyone named Xiao Yan and learned that the steward she was speaking to had that name.
Luo Yue accepted Kong Ming’s challenge to compete in stone gambling at Myriad Source Tower using stones from the Primordial Ancient Mine’s Source zone. They each chose a stone for the first round and secretly interfered with the other’s ability to probe it, then bought their selections.
Luo Yue and Kong Ming gambled on stones at the Myriad Source Tower, suffering repeated losses before their final stones produced two pieces of divine source. Luo Yue won the contest and left with both treasures, while the tower’s owner banned Jiang Yue and dogs from entering.
Luo Yue and several hundred cultivators traveled through Starfall Pavilion’s Super Domain Gate toward the Southern Region, where three Four Extremes cultivators ambushed her in the void. With Little Ming’s help, she turned the gate’s formation patterns against them and annihilated the attackers, leaving the traveling party stunned.
Luo Yue killed three greedy Four Extremes cultivators who attacked her in the Super Domain Gate, then decided to disguise herself to escape the attention brought by her “Source God” reputation. She arrived at the Southern Region, still several million li from the Fire Domain, and prepared to continue her journey.
Luo Yue disguised herself and traveled to the Jin Kingdom to enter the Fire Domain and forge a treasure. Protected by the Heaven-Mending Stone, she crossed into the seventh layer’s Five-Colored Flames unharmed.
Luo Yue forged a miniature Dragon-Patterned Black Gold Sword in the eighth layer of the Fire Domain and concealed it in her primordial spirit. She then gathered more rare materials to make an Immortal Shield and a Crimson Peak Spear.
After spending three months forging weapons in the eighth layer of the Fire Domain, Luo Yue emerged ready to seek a place to undergo the Four Extremes Heavenly Tribulation. Two Four Extremes demons tried to seize her Heaven-Mending Stone, but she defeated them with her newly forged weapons and Little Ming before a powerful demonic presence intervened.
Luo Yue killed the last remnant of the middle-aged demon’s spirit and escaped into the seventh layer of the Fire Domain, where she began breaking through to the Four Extremes Secret Realm with Little Ming. Their breakthroughs summoned two heavenly tribulations, and Luo Yue drew on her hidden treasures and resources to prepare for an unprecedentedly powerful trial.
