Seeing a rare hint of girlish tenderness on Sharron's usually impassive face, Lorne lost himself for a moment.
After all, in his mind, Sharron was always elegant and restrained. Mundane emotions should never have appeared in someone who practiced such "temperance."
Yet now, looking at the faint flush on her cheeks and the stubborn hope in her eyes...

But he had never expected her obsession to reach this level. She had actually kidnapped Danitz just to see him.
