After rushing out of the room, Charlotte immediately looked toward the neighboring box belonging to Earl Foulis's family.

As expected, the previously closed wooden door stood wide open. A figure dressed in black flashed past the end of the corridor and vanished around the corner leading to the stairs in the blink of an eye.

He certainly didn't hesitate to run... Charlotte fixed her gaze in that direction, pushed off hard, and charged forward. Yet after only a few strides, she stopped uncertainly, a powerful sense of incongruity rising within her.

Although that retreating figure wore the same black formal attire as the Psychiatrist Gervais Lambert, the figure was shorter and slimmer, and the panicked flight hardly resembled that of a Beyonder who dared infiltrate the Grand Theater and approach nobles.

Her Sheriff's intuition kept her from pursuing. Instead, she turned back to the neighboring box, ignored the puzzled expression of Roselle, who had followed her out, and walked straight inside, gripping her dagger and pistol.

Tears lingered at the corners of Ilaira Derilose's eyes, and her cheeks were slightly flushed. She did indeed seem moved by the tangled romance in the play. Flint Foulis sat beside her, his hands resting on his knees and his expression somewhat dazed, as though he had only just awakened from a long dream and had yet to understand what was happening around him.

Apart from them, both servants who should have been in the box had disappeared.

As I thought, the person who ran out was most likely the maid wearing Gervais's coat. Either she was paid off, or she was also subjected to psychological suggestion or hypnosis, making her believe she had committed a serious mistake and had to flee the Grand Theater to survive... Then where is the Psychiatrist himself?
