Klein looked enlightened. As Neph narrated, he gained a certain understanding of the whole situation. After pondering for a few seconds, he asked, "I'm a little curious."

"If the Celestial Worthy's plans are so disrupted, then what about God Almighty? After all—"

He glanced at Neph and continued, "The one you worship, in the Third Epoch, seemed to be almost indistinguishable from the true God Almighty."

"If the Celestial Worthy did nothing, he would have been God Almighty the moment he descended," Neph replied. "But in reality, until his death, God Almighty only exerted influence, without truly reviving."

She paused, then added, "Promotion through the usual steps wouldn't be so serious. It involves many issues, such as the source of Beyonder Characteristic, and time—which is the most important factor."

"The closer we get to the Apocalypse, the lower the probability of these two reviving, and the less active their spiritual will becomes. In the Fourth Epoch Age, attempting to accommodate the Fool's ' Uniqueness ' will only result in one thing: madness."

??????????.??????

"Why?" Klein asked curiously, "You make it sound as if their slumber brought about the Apocalypse— "

"No," Neph shook her head, her face serious, "If they awaken again and become even more active, it will be an even greater Apocalypse."

After all, that means the spirit of the Original Creator has become active once again—speaking of which, could I influence this fading spiritual remnant? While it's impossible to completely eradicate it, could I perhaps make it sleep even more soundly?

No, that's not right. This reminds me of something. I remember it clearly: this ability to accelerate my demise can also be used on myself. If I'm seriously injured, besides waiting for rescue, I have another option: to kill myself immediately.

So, this "Eternal Winter" couldn't have died like this, could it?

Weird thoughts spread in her mind like weeds, and Neveu could not control her expression. There was a ridiculous emotion on her face, because she realized that this seemed to be possible.

The "Eternal Winter" arrived earlier than Neph had guessed. She couldn't determine whether it was the Second Epoch, Third Epoch, or even the very First Epoch, but the difference wasn't significant. In those eras, the outer barrier was still strong enough that it would have been impossible for an Great Old One to break in so easily!

However, "Eternal Winter" doesn't seem to be the one living in the "Magic Wishing Lamp," with a part of its body falling into the barrier. It's almost impossible for it to squeeze itself in—even if a part of its body were inside the barrier, squeezing itself in wouldn't be an easy task. Otherwise, "Mother Goddess of Depravity" and "Mother Tree of Desire" wouldn't have stayed obediently outside, and a certain unnamed Great Old One wouldn't have become Genie.

Neph hadn't previously delved into how "Eternal Winter" had entered, because she had neither the means nor the idea, and besides, exploring the question was pointless. But now—

"The living can't get in, but the dead don't matter—" Neph murmured in a daze.

Her words made Klein look doubtful, but Neph reacted very quickly. She glanced at Klein and added, "Don't ask any more questions. There are many things I can't go into detail about. If I keep talking, I'm afraid I'll say something I shouldn't."

Klein obediently gave up asking questions; he was quite experienced in this area, so he simply said, "Then my Sequence 3 Potion recipe—"

"I almost forgot." Neph realized and reached out to Klein for paper and pen.

Klein leaned over to look at what she had written and read it aloud, "Main ingredients: a pair of eyes from the Sefirah Castle Hound (also known as the Guardian of Sefirah Castle), and a Flocculated Heart from the Mist Demon Wolf ----"

"Supporting materials: 100 ml of Blood of the Sefirah Castle Hound, 30 g of White Frost Crystals of the Mist Demon Wolf, and a large amount of authentic ancient historical Record ----"

"Ritual ----"

His voice froze briefly, then he frowned, looked at Neph who had already put down her pen, and asked in a deep voice, "This Ritual—?"

"Surprised, aren't you?" Neph shrugged. "Completely detached from reality for at least three hundred years—the time you've been asleep in ' Sefirah Castle ' is definitely more than that."

Klein remained silent, watching the Ritual for a few seconds before asking, "The Guardian of Sefirah Castle? What is that? Me?"

"----?" Neph looked at Klein, her lips moved slightly, but she couldn't utter a word.

"What's wrong?" Klein didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with it. "Do you expect me to think of myself as the master of that ' Sefirah Castle '?"

"At least it sounds more normal than calling yourself a dog." Neph said expressionlessly.

Klein was speechless. He shook his head and said, "I didn't think in that direction—well, it seems this isn't referring to me—well, I originally thought I could prepare one less set of materials."

"You know what, Klein," Neph looked at Klein with mixed feelings, "You're really making me wonder if there's a single line in the Celestial Worthy's underlying code that's designed to save money."

"Underlying code?" Klein tried to understand the statement.

"You can understand it more simply as the Divinity of this Pathway," Neph explained.

Klein nodded thoughtfully and replied, "I'm not so sure—the Uniqueness Pathway Beyonder I've ever met who came up to me immediately attacked, and I didn't have a chance to understand his character."

"However, perhaps not? After all, even Emperor Roselle didn't write about it in his diary. Zaratul was an exceptionally stingy man—"

That makes sense— Neph nodded, agreeing with this guess.

Seeing that Klein was not seriously injured and had no further problems, and after chatting casually for a few more minutes, Neph got up to take her leave.

Klein didn't stop her much; he simply invited Neph before she left, saying, "Neph, I'm already Demigod; I should be able to support you in rejoining the Tarot Club."

Are you coming back?

"Did Leonard invite you back to the Church of Evernight?" Neph turned around and smiled at him.

Klein paused slightly, then understood Neph's answer. He sighed and whispered, "He's the Star now."

Upon hearing this, Neph turned around again and asked Klein, "What about the Justice '?"

"----Although this isn't the first time you've mentioned her, it's for no apparent reason----" Klein shook his head.

Neph nodded, reminding him, "You'd better..."

Talk to your former colleagues about the Tarot Club.

"After all, the Marauder left him there, though he didn't lay a hand on him, had voluntarily given away his brain."

"----?" Klein's lips twitched, strangely understanding Neph's words. "This—does he really trust something that inexplicably appeared on him?"

"No," Neph shook her head, "At first, he didn't believe it either."

"And then—?" Klein looked somewhat puzzled.

"Later—" Neph paused for a moment.

"Then, of course, it was because you died—" She glanced at Klein, knowing she absolutely couldn't say that, and carefully began, "Later, overwhelmed with grief and anger at the deaths of his loved ones, on a rainy night, he knelt before your corpses, clenched his fists, and vowed to avenge you—"

"--I remember it wasn't raining when I died," Klein said tactfully.

"In most novels, this kind of scene is depicted on a rainy night," Neph explained, "but then again, the fact that the weather didn't change in response to his mood might just mean he's not the main character—"

Klein opened his mouth slightly, then gave up, shaking his head and saying, "You remind me of something—him—the way you put it, I feel he trusted the person he was with from the very beginning, after all, he saw himself as the protagonist of the era—"

Neph shrugged and said nothing.

Audrey returned to her room, and without Audrey's prompting, Susie stood guard at the door. She locked the door and silently recited the Fool's Honorific Name.

After a few seconds, Red Light surged forth before her eyes, engulfing everything.

Audrey arrived Above the Gray Fog and entered the magnificent and ancient palace.

She then noticed a small room to the side, its mottled door slightly ajar, not fully closed.

This was a room that Klein had made in imitation of a modern confessional. After observing it briefly, Audrey entered the room. The room was dark, but it was quite spacious. She leaned against the wall behind her, where there was clearly someone, and slowly lowered herself down, kneeling diagonally.

In the calm An Ning atmosphere, Audrey composed herself and said in a light tone, "Good evening, Mr. World~"

Before the words were even finished, Audrey's Spirituality intuition had already sensed the other person's Mental Body state, that is, their emotions or mood in the common sense.

Fear, shock, worry—what had Mr. "World" experienced? He seemed deeply shaken, but his emotions remained relatively calm, and his overall condition didn't seem too bad—had he somehow managed to process his emotions before seeing me? Audrey nodded, calmly making her assessment, and appropriately offered a word of reassurance.

As she had anticipated, the "world," which was generally stable, did not change much because of this "reassurance." Although the fear had decreased, the remaining part was clearly very deeply rooted, and it did not have a very good effect.

"Good evening, Miss Justice." The voice of "World" came from behind the wall.

Audrey, leaning against the wall, thought for a moment, then canceled the planned activity, maintaining her previous lighthearted tone, and said, "I'm curious about what you went through. You seem to have been severely frightened, but before that, who eased your fear?"

"Hmm, are you your friend? Perhaps you'd like to chat with me? Don't be nervous, you can treat me as your friend. If you're interested, I can also talk about my life."

Gehrman Sparrow, speaking from across the wall, replied in a relatively calm voice, "I met Miss ' Pure White ' before you."

This answer genuinely surprised Audrey, who exclaimed, "I find it hard to imagine Miss Pure White comforting someone—that's not how I remember her."

"She didn't really comfort me," Gehrman Sparrow said, his spirits lifting slightly. "She just answered some of my questions—well, I was the one reassuring her, telling her not to worry about me."

Audrey paused slightly, this was an answer she found even more unexpected. She offered a reassuring reassurance, trying to set aside her identities as "Miss Pure White" and "Mr. World" and analyze the issue solely from a psychological perspective. "You two seem to have a good relationship? After being emotionally agitated, talking to a friend is indeed a good option; at least it can help you distract yourself."

"That's true," Gehrman Sparrow sighed softly, "And having friends in similar situations who you can talk to always makes you feel more at ease."

Circumstances. ----?

Audrey frowned slightly in confusion, but didn't press the matter. She realized that Gehrman Sparrow had already figured out most of the issues with Miss "Pure White's " help, and bringing it up again would only remind him of his fears.

What I need to do is comfort him.

With that in mind, Audrey began her treatment.

The digestion of the Potion had no effect on the Pure White Space. Neph's fingers traced across the Blank Canvas, and with a surge of Spirituality, she found her Sequence 3 Potion.

The Potion "Pure White Walker" has a fantastical appearance. The upper layer is a milky white gel, like frozen fog, while the lower layer of sand-like material resembles settled fog. Only the churning middle layer makes one realize that this is not a solidified Potion.

Neph did not immediately try to retrieve the Potion. Instead, she probed the Blank Canvas with her Spirituality, intently searching for information about the "Child of Winter." However, nothing changed; her Spirituality was like a drop into the ocean, failing to create even the slightest ripple in the space.

Neph pressed her brow, reluctantly giving up the attempt.

She had actually made similar attempts before and after advancing to Sequence 4, but the Pure White Space seemed to think that it was not something she should know. For the content from Sequence 2 to Sequence 0, it only left a name and left no trace.

She knew that her Sequence 2 was called "Child of Winter", her Sequence 1 was called "The Person of the End", her Uniqueness was called "The Ashen Ledger", and her Sequence 0 was called "Bitter Winter", but until now, that was all she knew.

"Hopefully I'll see that after I advance—" Neph muttered, starting to try and retrieve the "Pure White Walker" Potion, "Otherwise, I'll be stuck on this Pathway —well, considering I carry Sefirah with me, I probably won't be able to switch Pathway yet—"

This concern is not unfounded. While the speculation of Great Old One's suicide is bold, it is not without clues. Neph is now worried that Great Old One wants to be resurrected, but also worried that Great Old One does not intend to be resurrected.

After all, the former means she has a real chance of becoming a resurrection vessel, while the latter—she might be stuck at Sequence 3.

Thinking of this absurd possibility, Neph shook her head, picked up the Potion, and poured it into her mouth.
