Ruri knew Uchiha Itachi fairly well. He valued his friends and teammates deeply and would step forward for them no matter when.
"Oh, right! This time next year, Harukawa, Linghua, and the others will graduate from the Ninja Academy, too. They'll be joining us in the Anbu then!" Something suddenly occurred to Ruri, and he said this to Uchiha Itachi beside him.
"Yeah, I heard them mention it back at school. We might form a squad then! When that time comes, we'll definitely go out on missions! Our group of friends will be together again. I'm really looking forward to it!" Uchiha Itachi gazed at the scenery of Konoha and spoke to Ruri beside him with a smile.
After hearing Uchiha Itachi's words, Ruri smiled as well and said, "Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it, too!"
"I wonder how strong they are now. Have they gotten any stronger?" Ruri thought of Harukawa and the others as he spoke.
"Those two girls are very strong, too! They might well surpass us later on! They're geniuses of their class, too!" Uchiha Itachi told Ruri.
"Yeah, they certainly have talent in that area, but Akagimaru is different. He doesn't have that kind of talent, but I believe that through his tireless efforts, he'll definitely become strong!" Ruri suddenly thought of Akagimaru and said this to Uchiha Itachi.
After hearing Ruri mention Akagimaru, Uchiha Itachi frowned and said, "Yeah, Akagimaru really doesn't have talent, but I certainly acknowledge how hard he works. He trains hard every day. I believe he'll definitely become one of Konoha's strong ninja someday!
