"Why aren't Captain Kakashi and the others back yet? We've been waiting here for so long!" Loli said impatiently.
"Yeah, they've been gone so long. Why aren't they back yet? Has the Third Hokage still not finished bringing people over and giving them their instructions?" After hearing Ruri's words, Uchiha Itachi also felt they had been gone too long and began complaining too.
Uzuki Yugao turned to look in the direction Kakashi and the others had left, then smiled at them and said, "All right, you two, stop complaining. Let's wait here a little longer. They should be back soon!"
After hearing Uzuki Yugao's words, Ruri and Uchiha Itachi said nothing more and simply waited quietly for the two of them to return.
Just then, Uzuki Yugao noticed that the pack Ruri was carrying was very large and asked curiously, "Ruri, your pack looks so big. Is there a lot of stuff inside? Why did you bring so much this time?"
Hearing Uzuki Yugao's words, Ruri smiled at her and said, "Yeah, I really did bring quite a lot this time. I originally planned to travel light and just bring a little equipment and some clothes, but Aunt Meiling went to the supermarket last night and bought me some compressed rations to eat on the battlefield!"
"She said all of it was to give me extra nutrition, so she made me bring everything. There wasn't much I could do about it!"
"Wow, Aunt Meiling really does treat you especially well!" Uchiha Itachi said to Ruri with a smile.
"Of course! They raised me from when I was little, and I already think of them as my own parents! Didn't you two bring anything?" Ruri looked at the two of them and smiled as he spoke.
Uzuki Yugao took out her
