"I have to say, the weather really is amazing today. Even better than usual. It really is a lovely day, perfect for going out for a walk and looking around," Ruri said with a smile as he looked out the window.
Ruri closed his bedroom window a little, then opened the door and walked out.
After leaving his room, Ruri saw Mei Ling Hyuga resting in the house.
"Good morning, Aunt Meiling!" Ruri said with a smile after coming over to her.
"Ruri, you're up? Did you sleep well last night?" Mei Ling Hyuga stood up after hearing his greeting and asked him with a smile.
Hearing Mei Ling Hyuga's question, Ruri nodded with a smile, then said to her, "I slept very comfortably last night. During those days out on the mission, I hadn't slept so soundly in ages. Sleeping in my room last night just felt incredibly comfortable."
After hearing what Ruri said, Mei Ling Hyuga smiled at him and said, "Good, good. As long as you slept comfortably. I was worried you wouldn't sleep well last night. Well? Are you hungry now? Would you like something to eat?"
Hearing Mei Ling Hyuga's words, Ruri shook his head with a smile, then said to her, "I'm not hungry, Aunt Meiling. I ate too much last night, so I'm still not hungry. How about I eat with you at noon today?"
"How can you skip breakfast? You should eat something, or at least have a glass of milk. Just now, when I felt you were about to wake up, I warmed a bottle of milk for you. It's in the pot now.
