Supplement: Bonus chapter rules

The initial release will be 10,000 characters, posted tonight at midnight.

Launch-day bonus chapter rules: starting at 300 subscriptions, every additional 100 subscriptions will earn one bonus chapter (no upper limit; applies only on launch day).

Average subscription bonus chapter rules: every increase of 100 in average subscriptions will earn two bonus chapters (permanently valid; these can stack with the initial subscription bonuses).
