Background / History

The furnace was originally a “super treasure dropped by a BOSS” in Lu Chen's former game world. After Lu Chen transmigrated into the body of a bloodline-stripped Lu Family orphan, it was found attached to the body's chest wound. Once it absorbed enough blood, it emitted bronze light and entered his body. 1

Within it was the Myriad Manifestations Furnace Art, a martial art through which Lu Chen could refine both the furnace and external materials. The furnace immediately restored Lu Chen from the third layer of the Meridian Opening Realm to his former eighth layer, then supplied the energy needed for him to open additional meridians. 1

During Lu Chen's imprisonment in Cangwu City's beast-fighting arena, the furnace became the foundation of his escape plan. He refined monster remains for energy and bone marrow, stored enough power to form his Qi and Blood Furnace, and concealed himself inside the furnace while breaking through to the Qi Surge Realm. 1 3

As Lu Chen's strength grew, the furnace was used against formations, artifacts, cultivators, demonic beasts, souls, and large-scale threats. The Myriad Manifestations Furnace is a bronze furnace resembling a teapot without a spout. Its surface is covered in mysterious patterns, while its interior appears hazy and indistinct. 1
