Four green-haired monsters were keeping the two Warrior Puppets occupied, while two indistinct ghostly figures attacked Xin Ruoyin and the Infant Carp Beast respectively.
"Those two ghosts were probably early Core Formation cultivators in life, while those green-haired monsters should be the legendary Ghost Yakshas.
"Huh? Sister Ru Yin actually has the upper hand. Incredible."
Although being on land weakened the Infant Carp Beast's water spells, it was still a sixth-level spirit beast, with true strength comparable to an ordinary Level Seven Spirit Beast. Faced with the two ghosts' attacks, it actually held the advantage.
Zi Ling was somewhat surprised, while Ge Li was dumbstruck. If Yin Gui had turned such a force against him, he would certainly have perished here. Yet the woman in blue could not only hold her own but even gain the upper hand. He was utterly astonished.
Lin He merely nodded, then pointed at the Soul-Gathering Banner. A sinister wind arose and swiftly swept up all four Ghost Yakshas.
The two ghosts seemed to realize they had met a powerful opponent. They hastily transformed into two gusts of sinister wind and fled. Just then, however, Lin He casually waved his hand. Two streaks of golden light shot out, striking them with incredible speed. After two shrill screams, a sinister wind swept them into the Soul-Gathering Banner.
Lin He disposed of them with effortless ease, as simply as eating or drinking. Even two early Core Formation ghosts could not withstand a single move from him.
"Young Master!"
Xin Ruoyin promptly threw herself into Lin He's arms. He patted her shoulder and said, "Zi Ling is watching."
Xin Ruoyin blushed at his words and hurriedly released him. "Zi Ling!"
"Sister Ru Yin!" A peculiar gleam flashed through Zi Ling's eyes before she greeted her with a smile.
