Kyogre surfaced again. Looking at the Dragonite that had suddenly appeared and the boy on his back, Kyogre sensed a powerful threat. His instincts told him that this newly arrived Pokémon was immensely strong-and that a similar power radiated from his body.
"You came too..." Xiao Yan's sudden appearance made Lysandre's expression turn grave. He ordered his subordinates to lower the airship.
A huge, bright red airship slowly descended from the sky. Lysandre did not care whether the legendary Pokémon's attacks caught him in their wake. He only wanted to watch Xiao Yan's battle from closer up.
Faced with this inexplicable threat, Kyogre rapidly gathered terrifying golden energy in his mouth. A devastating Hyper Beam erupted, shooting straight toward Dragonite and Xiao Yan to engulf them.

Just then, an enormous Hydro Pump suddenly hurtled toward Dragonite from behind. With the blast about to hit him, Dragonite beat his wings and shot upward, narrowly escaping.
Watching the enormous Hydro Pump recede behind them, Xiao Yan broke into a cold sweat. "You really do live up to your name as the god of the sea, Kyogre..."
Groudon climbed out of the sea again and roared at the sky. Meteors appeared overhead, and with a thought, Groudon sent them falling. Wrapped in flames, they tore through the sky like enormous fireballs. In an instant, the heavens turned fiery red as they hurtled toward Kyogre and Dragonite.
