Chapter Summaries

Silver and Sakuma spent the day together in Santalune City, where Silver insisted on earning his own travel money and challenged Sakuma to a battle. Afterward, they named their Pokémon and learned their personalities before Sakuma asked whether Louise liked dressing up.

• Sakuma took Silver shopping, and Chespin kept seeking Silver out instead of staying with her.
• Nurse Joy told Silver that Riolu had fully recovered, and Riolu hugged him when he apologized for being a useless Trainer.
• Silver said he needed to find work, but Sakuma insisted he come have fun with her, so they agreed to settle the argument with a battle.

• Princess Ali challenged Meimo to a Pokémon battle for Silver, and Harry Potter defeated Furfrou with a newly learned move.
• Meimo embraced Silver after her victory, and King Diantha told Silver he had to win a League championship to qualify to marry Meimo.
• Diantha ordered Princess Ali to join the group’s adventure, and the group traveled to Coumarine City after finding Korrina absent from her Gym.

• Louise evolved into a white-and-red Lucario, and Silver took Meimo and Princess Ali to meet Korrina at the Gym.
• Silver and his companions traveled to the island and met Wutong and Jieli before visiting the New Shalour Gym.
• Korrina’s Grandfather sold Silver a Key Stone glove for a hundred thousand, with Meimo paying for it.
