"Interesting. I thought Shiki would stay lost in romance forever. Who knew seeing my war with the World Government would bring back his ambition!" Lind said with a smile as he read the intelligence Fia had brought him. He casually handed it to her so she could read it too.

"Boss, should we give Darren a heads-up?" Fia frowned at the intelligence in her hands and asked solemnly.

"No rush. Take a look at this report first. It's our surveillance team's assessment and analysis of Adolf." As he spoke, Lind took another document from his drawer and handed it to Fia.

"This fellow isn't the type to stay in line. We can use this opportunity to push him over to Shiki. The World Government really does need someone to turn up the pressure!"

Lind continued with a smile while Fia read the report.

Although he did not know how this Adolf differed from the Adolf he knew of in his previous life, Lind believed the man would give him a surprise.

As it happened, that brute Shiki needed a capable administrator and politician. Reinhardt was fairly capable, but his main occupation was still being a pirate. Managing and developing his own territory were not his strong suits.

As for Adolf, although he was somewhat weak and his methods were a little extreme, he did have a knack for economic development. Otherwise, the North Blue could never have recovered so quickly, even with the Oran Empire's support.

With those two joining forces, they could definitely put serious pressure on the World Government, wearing down more of its strength and forcing it to reveal its trump cards.

Just as Adolf had analyzed, the Oran Empire did lack a certain boldness. It was better suited to staying behind the scenes and developing steadily.
