Besides, Edward had not forgotten that you, Amon, and Cheek had joined forces to kill Lilith. Although Lilith had not truly died as a result, that grudge... could not simply be forgotten.
Beside them, Amon pinched his Monocle and smiled. "What are you two talking about? I did put in quite a bit of effort, after all. Can't you share it with me too?"

Edward "answered" calmly.
"Heh heh, how interesting."
Adam spoke in a gentle voice. "You may leave."
Edward immediately felt the combined rejection of the Hall of Truth, the "City of Miracles," and the Sea of Collective Subconscious of the Book World. He floated up involuntarily and flew backward.
In the process, he saw Adam return to the front of those rows of Black Seats, clasp the Silver Cross Pendant, close His eyes, and pray devoutly to that enormous, indistinct figure.
An illusory gate appeared silently, standing in midair.
Edward flew backward uncontrollably into that illusory gate. The brightness and daylight before his eyes abruptly turned pitch-black, and snowflakes drifting down like goose feathers appeared before him once more.
He had returned to the World of Ice and Snow in "Groselle's Travels." Ahead lay a path swallowed by heavy snow and darkness. An Illusory Door covered in snowflakes had appeared where the Frost Dragon had died, while behind him was the cave where Groselle and the other four had made camp.
"Do you really not care?"
Edward looked at the Dream Weaver Beyonder Characteristic and murmured, "Not care about the course of the future, whether your tide of history advances according to your wishes, or whether you successfully stop the Outer Deities and
