Lincoln March used footage of Batman brutally beating Bane and Joker to turn Gotham against him during his inauguration. Lynn arrived in Bat-Armor to protect a girl who defended Batman, but she still mistook him for Batman after he shot webs.
Lynn confronted Lincoln March and Gotham’s enraged citizens, then fought off the crowd with his web-slinging and elbow strikes. He defeated the attackers and caught Lincoln as the mayor tried to flee, ending with Boss’s Thousand Years of Death.
Lynn reached Arkham Asylum as Batman, driven insane by Titan Venom, attacked Harley and the others. Lynn turned Batman into a woman with a Gender-Swap Card, then used an ability card to make the female Batman pregnant, leaving Bruce shocked by the change.
Lynn defeated Batman and received system rewards before escaping the collapsing Arkham Asylum with Harley and the others. Days later, he watched news of the collapse and confirmed to Cheshire that he had killed several escaped criminals.
Lynn explained that the Bat Gang answered only to him and Harley and planned to keep Deathstroke and Ra's al Ghul imprisoned, then explored the System Shop and discovered its teleportation function. The chapter left him considering a feature that could send him to places he had visited before, though not between universes.
Lynn traded villain equipment for a teleportation function, then spent the night with Harley, Cheshire, and Rolisa. The next day, Amanda Waller assigned him to rendezvous with Supergirl Kara and the Justice League for negotiations with General Zod.
Lynn joined A.R.G.U.S. and met with Wonder Woman, Batwoman, Supergirl, and Green Lantern Hal Jordan ahead of negotiations with the Kryptonians. After Lois Lane revealed there was a Kryptonian mole on the team, Lynn accused Kara of being the traitor.
Lynn exposed Faora, who had disguised herself as Supergirl Kara and infiltrated A.R.G.U.S. Faora attacked the heroes, but Lynn weakened her with a kryptonite bullet and stood over her with his gun aimed.
Lynn defeated Faora, interrogated her for information about Kara, and learned that the Kryptonians planned to invade Earth rather than negotiate. As the group prepared to meet Zod, Lynn pointed out that their captive Faora could serve as a bargaining chip.
Lynn joined negotiations with Zod, agreed to board the Kryptonian Spaceship with Lois Lane and Faora, and was imprisoned after arriving. Zod offered Lynn a chance to join Krypton, but Lynn reminded him that Krypton was gone, while a new quest revealed that Kara was being mind-controlled.
Lynn reassured Lois that he could resolve the crisis, then escaped their cell and fought his way through Kryptonian soldiers with bending kryptonite bullets. He encountered mind-controlled Kara, who ordered her soldiers to kill him after he stared at her chest.
Lynn fought Supergirl Kara and the Krypton Soldiers aboard a spaceship, using smoke, kryptonite, and his System abilities to defeat them. After Rolisa helped him weaken and devour the soldiers, Kara regained her senses and remembered that Zod had controlled her and planned to destroy Earth.
Lynn rescued Lois and freed Superman from the Krypton Scientists’ laboratory as Kara resolved to oppose Zod’s plan to rebuild Krypton at Earth’s expense. With the World Engine starting and Kara rushing ahead to confront Zod, Lynn woke Superman with a painful kryptonite-assisted blow and prepared to join the fight.
General Zod began transforming Earth into a new Krypton, while Superman, Supergirl, and Faora turned against him. Just as Zod prepared to kill Kara with a kryptonite blade, Lynn rescued her and confronted him.
Lynn killed Zod, resolved the Kryptonian crisis, and later learned that Talia had gone missing in Central City. While investigating the Blood Blade Gang, he met Black Canary, who revealed she was its leader.
Lynn and Black Canary went to the Blood Blade Gang’s headquarters so Lynn could rescue his kidnapped friend. They fought their way inside, and the system rewarded Lynn for completing the infiltration quest with a title he immediately objected to.
Lynn and Black Canary interrogated a Blood Blade Gang member and learned that its boss, Cassandra Cain, might know about Talia’s disappearance. They confronted Cassandra in her office, where Heat Wave revealed that the Rogues knew she was hiding Talia and Damian, and the chapter ended as he raised flames and Black Canary prepared to remove her pants.
Lynn and Black Canary defeated Heat Wave and questioned Cassandra Cain, who revealed that Talia and Damian were with the Rogues and in danger. Lynn accepted a quest to rescue them and left Cassandra in an awkward predicament.
Lynn freed Cassandra after Black Canary kissed him, then flew to rescue Talia and Damian from the Rogues and David Cain. The chapter left David Cain firing at an unseen figure that had appeared behind him.
Lynn rescued Talia by killing David Cain and treated her injuries, while Damian mistook him for his father. As Lynn prepared to leave, a limited-time Zombie Weather Wizard boss appeared in Central City and activated a quest.
Batwoman learned that a record-breaking superstorm threatened to destroy Central City and nearby cities, then discovered A.R.G.U.S. had failed to detect it and that Captain Cold and Weather Wizard were involved. Agent Lynn had already been contacted, and Batwoman learned he planned to handle the crisis alone, leaving her unsettled by how safe his name made her feel.
Black Canary and Cassandra were trapped in Central City by a catastrophic storm caused by Weather Wizard until Lynn rescued them. He tried to recruit them into the Bat Gang, and Cassandra learned that Lynn had already killed her father, David Cain.
Lynn recruited Black Canary and Cassandra Cain, then went to Central City to hunt Zombie Weather Wizard. After the storm nearly killed him and destroyed his Iron Man Armor, he threatened Namek into fighting the boss by showing him photos of Faora and General Zod.
Wonder Woman confronted Captain Cold and Zombie Weather Wizard in the Central City Library as they tried to draw out the missing Flash by freezing the city. Lynn intervened from a distant building, and his shot killed Weather Wizard while Captain Cold’s rays froze Namek.
Lynn defeated Zombie Weather Wizard, collected his rewards, and cleared the zombies in Central City with Wonder Woman. After testing his new Pleasure Controller on Diana, he left her trembling and crying out in surprise.
