There were usually only two kinds of people who stayed awake in the middle of the night.
Those under too much pressure, and those under almost none.
Mumuzawa belonged to the former.
"La la~"
Humming a little tune, Mumuzawa sat on a bench with her arms around her drawn-up legs and her chin resting on her knees, slowly swaying like a radish.
The gentle lullaby flowed slowly through the air like a murmuring stream, easing her gloom.
Dio had been gone for so, so long. When would he come see her again?
In the spacious room, Mumuzawa swayed gently, staring at the window, which reflected her adorable appearance.
She did not want to sleep because she had slept too much.
Not long ago, she had suddenly fallen into a long slumber.
When she woke, she found herself in the hospital again.
Her mother told her that, without any warning, she had slept for two whole days, straight from the 23rd to the 25th.
Why did that happen?
Confusion flickered in Mumuzawa's eyes. She had absolutely no idea why this had happened.
But vaguely, she seemed to remember having two dreams.
She had forgotten most of the details, only knowing that they seemed to be about her future-death?
The scene in the first dream showed her being put into a body bag.
Looking back on it, Mumuzawa could only think how ugly she had looked. Teacher Dio definitely would not like that.
Her eyes had bulged almost entirely out of their sockets, her face covered in snot, tears, and saliva, her mouth hanging open in helpless despair, telling of her tragic end.
The second dream was hardly any better. She saw herself as an old woman who did nothing but knit in a dull stupor, never saying a word.
