When Joey and the others reached the hospital, they saw Andrei walking out of the ward, fully restored.
Nanika had treated Andrei far faster than any of them had expected.
Even more surprisingly, Illumi had already been sent away, and the butlers accompanying Killua had also begun their journey back to the Zoldyck Family.
Only Killua and the somewhat shy Alluka, who stayed close to his side, remained.
Everyone tactfully refrained from asking about Alluka's secret. Instead, they talked about what they had seen along the way and chatted with Andrei about what had happened while he was "ill."
Joey did not see Mizaistom among them. From Morel, he learned that someone had snatched Ed away en route, and after Killua arrived, Mizaistom had set out to pursue whoever had taken his target.
Joey felt that the seventy million Jenny he had spent at Mizaistom's company had been well worth it. After all, it had gotten a member of the Hunter Association's Zodiac running around before dawn.
As for Ed being taken, it probably had something to do with the amateur Hunters Knov had hired being abducted.
Fortunately, Palm, Ikalgo, and Meleoron were unharmed. Otherwise, Joey really would not have known how to face everyone. After all, he had been the cause of everything.
Even so, doubts stirred in his mind. Was it really a good idea for him to keep traveling with Kite?
